Cop Charged for Publicly Masturbating and Exposing Himself to 5 Victims Ranging from Ages 12 to 80

LOS ANGELES — A police officer has been charged with indecent exposure and lewd acts for exposing himself to at least five people on multiple occasions.

The people ranged from age 12 to age 80.

Officer Ryan Galliher, is reported to have approached the five victims on six different occasions within a year.

After approaching them, he is reported to have exposed his genitals to them.

One of the people was a 12-yr-old child. Officer Galliher’s lewd act charges include one count of attempted lewd act on a child under 14 and one count of contacting a minor with the intent to commit a lewd act.

Officer Galliher will be set free with a bail of $100k.

Officer Galliher walked over to the 12-yr-old child two different times in two months, and began exposing his body to her, according to the prosecution.

Then again on Octomber 20, Officer Galliher was reported for getting naked in the Bolsa Chica Wetlands. After getting naked, he began whistling to two teenage girls who were jogging, exposing his genitals to them, according to reports.

He was then caught and charged for stripping out of his shorts and stroking his penis, masturbating in public, according to the prosecution.

Officer Galliher has not been fired. He is still working for the LAPD and has been re-assigned while the LAPD conducts an “internal investigation” into the reports.
