Cop Violently Attacks Child at School

fcchild

UPDATE 10/30/15: New Information on the Status of the Child

The child’s foster family reached out to Dave Champion and confirmed something that the mainstream media isn’t telling you. Namely, that the child suffers from two mental illnesses and was on medication that made her a very quiet person. Dave remarks on what the family told him with respect to her mental illness.

Lest people imagine her condition makes her violent or disruptive, in fact it’s just the opposite. The family tells me that by natural temperament she is a very quiet girl and her meds make her even more so. In fact, they tell me that even around family it takes effort to get her to engage in even a small bit of conversation.

This dovetails with the factual account of what happened in the classroom. While defenders of her being violently attacked claim she was “disruptive” in the classroom, that’s not accurate. The teacher’s initial issue was that the girl was not participating in the class. That description appears to be based on the girl looking at her phone, which is against school policy. That makes perfect sense for a quiet introspective teenage girl with mental health issues and who is taking meds that, according to her family, make her even more quiet.

Check out the full breakdown of Dave’s discussion about the new facts.

The video shows the girl sitting down and doing nothing aggressive. Suddenly the cop throws her like a wet dish rag out of the chair and onto the ground.

you must be one dumb ass, on welfare and leech on the American tax payers! she was using her cell phone in class, being disruptive and was asked to leave.. she refused! the principal was called, the principal asked her to leave, she refused and neither the teacher nor the principal could get her to leave! the school cop was called and he asked her leave several times! she refused, he told her she will be removed by force, she still DID NOT COMPLY! so he took her our physically! what is it with black people and ignorant people like you? do they think the world owes them something when they refuse to obey a lawful order and get taken down? then scream police brutality? for you to call me fat and ugly shows your stupidity if you are going by my avatar! for it is an actor, idiot!

    • AnOnYmOoSe

LMAO right, this video doesn’t show what was happening before the officer even arrived. People like to jump to conclusions very drastically. If the officer was called down, then obviously she was being disruptive till the officer arrived, and she refused to leave the room peacefully.

      • sarahm59

As a former LEO, this was out of control and what happened prior is irrelevant. She was not violent or combative in that moment. An officer is supposed to exert ONLY the necessary force to effect an arrest. He surpassed that benchmark by a mile.

        • Vegas Diceman

And that is why you are a former LEO

          • dave

            And that’s why you’re a Vegas Diceman

      • ObiJuanKenobi

That cop is a punk ass bully, only reason he dhould have done that is if she had a weapon.

        • Max Power

yes, because if she did she would have been completely justified blowing his head off in self-defense.

        • blindjustice

Failure to comply to any order, or mouthing off, or even disagreeing is now considered threatening behavior and justification to use deadly force. These are not cops, these are paid mercenaries that make the rules up as they go. The sickest part is they are being paid by our tax dollars. So aren’t these prisons we we call public schools

          • AceHinter

You do realize that was put into play for a reason? 9 times out of 10 the people who do any of those things usually do try and hurt others. police arent just protecting the public they are people and need to protect themselves. chances are judging by the look of the area it was a bad school, looks pretty run down. that is not a very safe enviorment for someone to take risks. dont make theese bogus assumptions about something you have only seen actions in this clip is very obviously edited

          • Devin Sykes

You do realize cops have one thing in mind. Filling that quota. They don’t protect and serve anymore bro. Open your eyes the government is policing and monitoring, it’s just going to get worse. I talked to a former NYC police office and he said it’s sick how these officers and higher officials want nothing more than our money. Every arrest is worth some type of currency. For example bustin a someone with a 8 ball of coke going to be worth a little more bones than a domestic violence call. But hey why not stop ppl and bill them for having a headlight out or taillight out, ohh here is the best one, or even your license plated light is out. Oh yeah and now the government makes you wear a fucking seat belt or get fined? Get fucked bc that’s messing with freedom and my choices. We are a rats in a maze but there aint no fucking cheese at the end. You obviously feel safer with cops around but I’m honestly terrified, of these boys in blue. We have the second highest population in the world and a 1/4 of our population is incarcerated. Blindjustice said it best cops are just payed mercenaries meow.

          • Bigtwinone

            Assumptions made out of fear.
” times out of 10 the people who do any of those things usually do try and hurt others”
What things are you referring to? Failing to comply?
            “Bad Area”?
“Looks pretty run down. that is not a very safe environment for someone to take risks.”

You seem more scared by what you saw and that justifies the officers actions in your mind. It’s a school. He was inside. It wasn’t a movie created back alley with ghost and drug cartels on both sides. Please stop making these officers out to be timid scared people who are FORCED to hurt others to protect themselves from unknown fear of kids and black people who turn into mutants with incredible strength and quickness (and sometimes hidden laser beams in their eyes) that will kill blocks and blocks of people unless the hero assassinates them before the movie ends.

      • Tamicka Toliver

Well its doesn’t really matter what was done before he was there which its says she refused to leave the classroom. Which still doesn’t give him a reason to do what he did.

  • Michael Pisocki

It says it’s edited. What did they cut out?

    • teamSAF

FOR REAL! I would be so much more behind these Film Cops, Cop Block, etc etc if they were honest but they are about as honest as the large media outlets.. they have their narrative and will leave out any part that may stray from that narrative. Almost all of these videos start the moment the cop uses force and conveniently leave out the action leading up to it. And i KNOW all those kids were filming this play out way before the cop did that. Dear filming cops.. if you have the truth on your side.. please be honest and try harder to get the full story so people like me can get behind your cause.. YOU’RE DOING HARM TO YOUR OWN CAUSE!!! YOU ARE PREACHING TO THE CONVERTED!! Change the minds of people who do not agree with you with honest discussions and debate about each individual innocent of police violence. I cant even imagine how much more persuaded I would be to follow one of these groups if once in a blue moon they came out and defended a good cop who gets in trouble for his actions being taken out of context. It would show that you are here to defend the truth and it would show that your actions aren’t being driven by a 100% negative bias against cops. (I think a lot of people who are anti copwatch think you are motivated by cop hate.. so it would be nice to get away from that stereotype and fight for the truth)

      • roosterthegoat

The truth is that our government is totally corrupt and finds the worst possible filth to put in uniform to keep the peace in order to please our corporate overlords.

        • AmandaG

Its that type of narrow-minded “hate speech” that keeps logical statistical thinkers from believing in your causes. “Finds the worst possible fitlth to put in uniform?” government? Lest I remind you police officers are appointed at aminoncipal level and no higher unless they are appointed by state departments. This officer is obviously not a FED, but I digress. Further to refer to all in uniform as “filth” shows your ignorance not his. Hate begets hate. Nothing more. Further, in adding to the point above your ridiculous comment; cease and desist means cease and desist. She was asked several times to leave and “passively resisted.” I’m supportive of our School Resource Officers. In pleased that they are present in schools regardless of the tactics used. Schools are harbors of learning nothing more. Some, effect the many with ill behavior. Has she behaves in sure it would have never escallated to that point. The perpetrator of the incident wasn’t the officer; it was yet another child who believes they don’t have rules. Chaos! Disgusting. Though, in sure my points are all moot in lieu of your wanten hate speech.

          • Henry Carmona

            You are so wrong Amanda.
Law Enforcement are trained at de-escalation and to only use enough force to safely resolve a situation. This was way above the required force to remove a non-combative, small, female.
Let me put it to you in plain English, picking up a child who is already on the ground and throwing her is not the correct way to resolve this situation.
I will guarantee you, not only will this guy will get fired and there will be a lawsuit.

          • Michael A. Kennedy

Cause she was fucking black and that is BULL shit

          • Paris H. Redd

no not because “She Was Fucking Black” but because he ignored all of his training and used much more force then what was required of him, that was the real “BULL shit”.

          • me

Right!! Peel off her out layer and she would still be a rotten, defiant 16 yr. old with a sense of entitlement and NO ONE can tell ME what to do!! Black has NOTHING to do with it, period!! That officers girl friend is Black!! These asswipes need to STOP playing their worn out race card!! A brat is a brat, pink, purple, green, yellow.or orange!!! Period!!

          • Flying Gabriel

Wow … derogatory labels, caps, exclamation marks all over the place. Settle down son, let your cheeks cool, and get some anger management, No wonder you love what this cop did and that America is steeped in violence.

          • SickOfTheAbuseOfPower

She’s a child with childish behavior. As an adult he should have tje brain capacity to dwal with her without resorting to brute force. And in this case she is a child who suffers from mental illness. That makes it worse!!! This same office is responsible for accosting of a child with autism (who happens to be white). The issue for me isn’t one of color, it’s his need to be violent with children! This toung lady was handled in this manner simply because she would not leave the classroom. I defy any parent out there to handle their child in such a manner the next time they ask them do do something…because if you do it will land you in jail! That’s right folks…it would be considered child abuse (which could probably get pleaded down to inappropriate discipline of a minor).

          • Devin Sykes

And you are a heartless bitch. The heartless bitch just doesn’t talk about little brats, she secretly is one. Stfu your comments are irrelevant. The cop got canned, and the truth about his abusive “tatics” are in the light.

          • Roger Smith

WRONG! Another video that this site will NEVER show, because it doesn’t fit the narrative, shows her striking the officer. SORRY, she gotta go!!

          • Dion Gibbs

Then you provide that video or stop talking LIES. Cops are fucking cowards, if my daughter that small hit a cop and he treated her like that manhandling her, I would kill the cop when his out of uniform, my army training would just kick in and he would be finished with. I have already had 1 daughter die, another being abused by a pussy criminal in uniform who still used far too much force, would get the force back and more. I love to hear a person scream for their life, sure beats just shooting them dead. Especially, one who harms my family, I will turn real twisted, luckily im in the UK where cops do their job and dont manhandle little school girls and our schools dont have cops in them except Jewish schools because they refuse to teach their children in general schools for us goyim.

          • me

THAT small??? What were YOU smoking??? She’s 5’6″ and somewhere around 150 lbs!!! That is FAR FROM SMALL!! AND IF She was mine she’d be very sorry that officer had to be called!! Just a brat and you should adopt her stupid ass!! You need a brain transplant!

          • Gerald L Smith

If you had kids and you allowed this to happen to them. Then your father should have jerked off the night he decided to fuck your mother.

          • Roger Smith

These people don’t care. Hate is the drug. Facts, common sense, respect for others trying to learn in a safe, quiet environment is immaterial to her “rights”.

          • Devin Sykes

Compared to a 200lb man it is really I mean really small. Your comment makes me lol

          • cyran

You sir, are a psycho. If your daughter is hitting a cop then she probably did something to put her in a place to be detained by a cop and then is fighting it off, meaning you failed as a parent to be a good role model.

And waiting to kill the cop shows you would be guilty of first degree (and capital) murder, instant needle in your arm ‘Army wannabe’.

And nice to know you have to call this manhandling when this was nothing of a sexual nature as the term is supposed to be used for, or I guess you’re just too much of a SJW twit that you have to use token terms.

Please, tell us more of what a bad@$$ you are

          • Dion Gibbs

Firstly, Psychopathy is a medical condition that results in a lack of empathy for animal and human life, I value both hugely, secondly, wannabe Army, sorry I was a member of the BRITISH Armed Forces the finest trained Army on Earth compared to the gung ho Yanks who think because their American they are Gods gift to this World, when your more like god’s curse the way your behaving lately. My daughter would only hit a cop who hit her first, I taught self defence and martial arts to my child and finally, the last time something like this happened in the UK was August 2011 and we started an uprising that nearly overthrew the entire Government in just 5 days. Lastly, im in the UK we dont have the Death Penalty we are more civilised than that and we have much lower crime rates than America because we see the priority of mental health services free of charge without private insurers and credit cards and we also, recognise poverty plays a major role in criminality. Something right wing Americans will ignore until their blue in the face because it goes against their World view, but im sorry science trumps political ideology all the time.

          • Roger Smith

That’s ok. You’d be speaking German if it wasn’t for us “gung ho Yanks who think because their American they are Gods gift to this World”. As a retired military member, I actually had a good time working with your fellow military members who, thankfully, didn’t have such a distorted view of us. God Save the Queen!!

          • Dion Gibbs

One last thing, this Cop was fired because it was proven he abused his power on 3 times and why American schools need Police when no other nation does and we all have the same issue with violence and mental health issues at schools. Our Cops are not FAT, low IQ, Israeli trained in FEAR attics, they dont rush in screaming and shouting, they are NOT militarised, they dont even carry guns. Manhandling does not have anything to do with sex or sexuality, manhandling is an ENGLISH word meaning to handle a person roughly.

          • Boogie

            YOU’RE the psycho, you MORON

          • Virginia Francella

Don’t you feel stupid now that the video is out of her hitting the cop first? Such a sheep.

          • Roger Smith

And your response is EXACTLY THE PROBLEM WITH PEOPLE WHO WANT NOTHING TO DO BUT HATE!!!!

Look for it yourself. BUT NO! You don’t want too, because your minds are so messed up with the crappy public school education, that you lack the initiative, to do any investigation on your own. You just hang on to crappy hate mongering sites like this one and decide it’s the end all be all of information that fits the very narrow and uniformed scope of your being.

Additionally, you have in your POCKET 30,000 times the computing power that NASA had to put men on the moon, and you have absolutely NO desire to actually educate yourself, inform yourself, to be a reasoned, mature individual, armed with facts, and common sense.

It’s really pathetic and sad, but society is crumbling, swirling the bowl, as it were, because of the hate, disrespect for authority, the marginalization of those you disagree with, all in the name of your rights. When you really have no idea that you are destroying your rights.

          • Robbie Cast

            please provide that video!

          • musikgirla

            Can you share the link?

          • Gerald L Smith

She did not strike the officer, you have it all wrong, and even if she did, she is a 16 year old girl, and did not deserve all that from a grown ass man. Apparently you are as much of a pussy as he is!!!

          • Dennis Byrne

She did strike him repeatedly. Go watch the 3rd video

          • cyran

…. there is video of her actually hitting him and showing her kicking her own desk backwards for it to flip…
Maybe you shouldn’t accuse people of having it all wrong if you’re going to ignore facts for bias or don’t get all the facts first.

          • Gerald L Smith

I saw that video and you have got to be kidding me if you think that changes anything. Get your head out of your privileged ass.

          • cyran

I didn’t say a thing about it being excessive force. However, despite one thing being true, when a side lies to exaggerate a point, they tend to lose ethos. As is common in the Judicial system. That’s why when on defense, they try to say ‘stick to facts’ unless they can exploit emotion. However, despite excessive force, he still had the right to detain, just not by that means (as has been posted he had no right which is infactual). she did hit him, even if it was nothing of serious note since she couldn’t do that much damage at that angle. But again, then there’s the whole desk flipping being blamed on him, which I guess he helped with, but she did as well by kicking her legs to push her seat back.

It’s almost like… you either have to be for one or the other, not be able to point out things from both sides.

          • Boogie

Maybe you should shut your god damn mouth.

          • tafa

I keep hearing about this”other” video where she strikes the officer but no one provides a link. What I see is a combination of a choke hold combined with being thrown backwards, her arm reaches up in a reflexive defensive capacity, as anyone would who is grabbed by the throat. I would hardly call that a strike, the man is three times her size and tosses her across the room.Tell me what danger was he,or anyone else,in. So please provide this evidence of her brutality that warranted such a reaction.

          • Dion Gibbs

he wont be fired but your explanation of a cops true duties is spot on and how the British Police still operate even under huge cuts in budgets.

          • Melissa Bowman

he was fired actually, and could face 5 yrs in prison

          • AmandaG

I’m sure there will be a lawsuit. Everyone taking even if they perpetuated the incident.

          • Marisol

Why are you so phuckN concerned about whether there would be a lawsuit or not? If it was your child you wouldn’t hesitate to sue them, now would you. You know what Amanda; you sound like a real peckerwood.

          • me

No! I’d take that officer to dinner!! No child of mine is going to show their ass like that, ever!!!!!!

          • Devin Sykes

Really? You are one sick son of a bitch.

          • Dennis Byrne

…but she was combative from the moment he went to take her out of her seat. She was being non-compliant with the requests of 3 authority figures and then assaulted the officer.

          • Eric Sibley

Are you white? Black? Neither? I’m guessing white. Your diatribe is full of fear and authoritarianism.

          • AmandaG

Why is my race an issue; because I’m articulate, educated and fail to agree with ignorance i have to be white? Ok.
I’m not fearful at all. I have an opinion backed by facts fueled by education. I fail to see how I am assuming anything? The girl, a teenager was asked to leave the classroom. In not following the request and demand of a teacher and THEN an administrator of the school, yet again, officer “asshole” has to clean up the mess of yet another parent not raising their child with a sense of accountability, lawfullness or self respect. Why would they? They have a flock of sheep who swoop in to tell that the consequences are “wrong,” “over-zealous” or “too harsh!” excuses!

          • guest

This is purely excessive force, end of discussion

          • Bigtwinone

Oh my! “Officer “asshole” has to clean up a mess”
You have made sweeping assumptions about this girl and her upbringing based on upon what? Your “education”? How did you fail to agree with ignorance? Did you find that there was a lack of knowledge or information missing from this video? Where in this video did it show bad parenting skills? From the information provided, it doesn’t appear you can ascertain the skills of the parents.
Being asked to leave the classroom and refusing is a good reason to call you parents to come and get you, not a reason to call law enforcement. This is not an issue a resource officer should handle. The school administration is as much to blame for involving them. This is wrong and some people like you are ok with it. I will never agree with it, but I do understand why people like yourself accept it. Fear from ignorance.

          • AmandaG

Child behavior has more than proven parenting skills [or lack thereof] throughout lifelong studies. So, my conclusion is again, based on written fact not emotional attachment to a cause it ideal.

          • Bigtwinone

LOL. So I was correct. YOU have no idea about her upbringing nor of her behavior. You don’t know her parents. Your conclusion IS based on emotional attachment to a cause or ideal.

If a parent did that in public, people would call CPS on them. Just because a cop did it definitely doesn’t justify it in anyway. Her upbringing doesn’t apply to HIS behavior. Please supply me with more excuses to justify his behavior.

          • Rage

what about his behavior?who’s the adult here

          • ShirleyBorchardt

Amen!! Kids are allowed to get away with everything. There are no real consequences any more. Mainly because people respond like most of the other people commenting here. If the girl would have done as she was told this would not have happened. The officer responded in the manner he was trained. Police are not generally the problem. The bottom line is obey the law, be respectful if the need to interact with an officer does occur and this atufc will not happen.

          • Dion Gibbs

Yeah because a grown up man slamming a girl to the ground and putting his entire weight on her back and twisting her arm in a manner that could break it is justifiable right? How about I treat your daughter like this and then demand she respect my authority as a armed forces member??? Would you like that all call those cowards in badged???? Obey the law, lmao so the law now is if a teacher tells you to leave you leave without blinking, this is not military school or boot camp, what kind of scum sorry excuse for a parent are you??? Yes always do as a cop says because a cop can never do wrong, my grandmother thought the same as a loyal German then the Americanised, Israeli style Gestapo of Germany came to being and well they showed when you give them authority they take even more and then protect each other when they break the law as cops themselves.

          • cyran

Oh, silly Dion… You do realize that as a member of the armed forces, you are not an officer of the executive branch with command over civilians right?

You just proved you’re not an army guy :p just give it up, your constant mentioning of it is getting pathetic.

          • Liz

When I was in high school I had a racist teacher. He would use inappropriate words to refer to anyone with a mental health problem and down grade anyone he felt didn’t have full use of his/her knowledge. to be in his class you had to prove to him you were worthy of his time and had an advanced understandment than high school sophomore, which his class was intended for freshmen. Until I stood up to him. Because no one was willing to. Everyone just looked at me. I was so in shock when He would belittle the students in high school who were “stupid” according to him because they had intellectual disability. He would make play dates so we could use them as a means of laughter nothing to do with studies or research. He was cruel to them. He kicked me out of class I refused to. So he called the principle of discipline. I refused to leave the class room until I had the chance to talk about the situation in front of the teacher and to state my opinion, that it wasn’t okay for him to use humans with disabilities as a means of laughter. The school Board looked into my accusations and he was fired. The principal was also a cop in his young days as he said many times. But he wasn’t violent towards me, he didn’t use any force to get me out of the class room, nor aggressive. He simply heard my side and gave me the time to explain what was going on. Some times people react to small things in a big way. So let’s hope you raised your kids right and not to kiss anyone’s ass and glorify child abuse, neglect abuse just because the one that is doing it is enforcing the law!!!

          • Rob Parsons

Hmm, but did you act in any way disrespectful? Did you hit the principal? No. This kid did hit the cop. This video is edited to leave out how the “kid” (who is only 1 year shy of being an adult and should behave as such) escalated the situation. Fits right into all the cop hating that the media is pushing.

          • John Lydon

And fuck all the other students, correct? Because she wants to be a Cunt? I got your asshole, asshole/cunt.

          • Rage

Im 54 years old and strict parent, you think that stopped me in school? No,elementary principle brought me home for fighting twice spanked punished 2 weeks.jr high fighting same thing we were kids,Ok so now your gonna say parent did crappy job lol I was being bullied and teased why punished I asked they said for fighting.

          • StephanieS

why are you guessing she’s white for her opinion. That’s racist

          • AmandaG

I’m not forceful at all. As a matter of fact I began by commenting on a careless prejudice of someone utilizing the word “filth” to describe those sworn to protect person and property with their lives. Yes. Of course I support and encourage law enforcement, authority and order. But if you cared to read statistical data, case law and fact, you too would understand that this is a clear case of emotion versus fact and it is simply run astray with idealistic “armchairing” and anti-authority rhetoric. In essence, diatríbein in nature.

sorry Amanda but cops are not meant to deal with a kid refusing the hand over her cell phone in school that is up to the school to deal with. he is a bully and now will lose his job as he should. he is someone who did not like his authority challenged and it should of been challenged as he should of never been called in there not sure how old you are but when i was in school the school dealt with discipline issues in school they didn’t go call the cops unless it really was warranted unlike this instance. sorry but that school is a joke.

          • musikgirla

Aja…try to ask nicely one of this “innocent children” to behave, you’ll likely end up spat in your face…STOP DEMONIZING AUTHORITY!!!

          • Bigtwinone

You are making wild assumptions based on what? Your experiences? I doubt you speak to or are friends with “innocent children”. STOP DEMONIZING INNOCENT KIDS and GLORIFYING ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR!

          • musikgirla

No dear, not everyone that does not think like you is “wild”. I have had many experiences with good kids and bad kids as well. No, they are not all innocent. People think that no authority would be the best just because they don’t know the other side of the story. Where I come from, cops look the other way, so most of the time, you’re on your own.
All extremes are bad, but we need to put this video into perspective, because we did not see the events that escalated to this event.

          • Bigtwinone

Do you have kids? The answer to that will clarify, TO ME, why you only have experiences with kids.

I can only reason that this was a “wild assumption”.

—>> ” try to ask nicely one of this “innocent children” to behave, you’ll likely end up spat in your face..”

I based it on your 2 line reply to Patrick. I definitely didn’t attribute it to being incommensurate of my personal thoughts and opinions.

          • musikgirla

Well, I based mine in the reality of certain schools. Have you watched the movie 187 with Samuel jackson? That’s what some teachers have to deal on a daily basis. “Normal” rules do not apply in some situations, it doesnt mattrer how much we wish for it.
No cops equals this in the exact same situation: https://www.facebook.com/KeithKuder/videos/807817232611398/

          • Gerald L Smith

You did not see the events because there were none, all she said was no. There was no hitting, no screaming, no use of bad language, she simply said no.

          • musikgirla

Do I think he used excessive force? Yes. Do I think she was just sitting there? Absolutely not. If you saw the news, her classmates explained that she was asked to leave many times, not only by her teacher, but by the administrator himself before the cop was called in. She defied 3 different authority figures and in the process, denied other students’ right to get an education. How is that ok? How else do you deal with that? Talking obviously did not work. And too many times it does not end good for the teacher. https://www.facebook.com/KeithKuder/videos/807817232611398/

          • Johnny Cash

DEMONIZING?????? Are you a relative of a FUCKING COP???????

          • musikgirla

Why everything has to be “F”ing this, “F”ing that? Can’t you discuss a theme like a rational person? No, Im not family of a cop BUT, I am family with many teachers, I can tell you that some kids are just there because they can. They will take you to the very limit just because they know they’re untouchable. They will flash their guns and knives and threaten you because they can. So, no, not all “kids” are innocent creatures. If you watch Samuel Jackson’s ONE EIGHT SEVEN movie, you will understand what I am talking about.

          • Marisol

Since you’re so concerned about children, why don’t you go to work at a drug rehabilitation facility where you will definitely find hundreds of innocent white children who are trying to kick their heroin addictions. Maybe there you will not have to worry about someone flashing a gun or knife.

          • musikgirla

Maybe I have…I dont feel sorry for her, not a bit. Malala Yousafzai was shot in the head while trying to get an education. She was sixteen. But this girl and many other takes education for granted, and despise it???. NO, I dont feel sorry for her or any other that does not value the great gift they have.

          • Marisol

The only thing you know about this girl is that she lives in foster care and she refused to leave the classroom when told to do so. So where did you come up with your made up bullshit that she is taking education for granted? SMH….Ghost people are pathetic lying devils

          • musikgirla

From her classmates. Its all over the news.

          • Flying Gabriel

You have to overlay a fallacious argument with all sorts of made up crap to make it stick, it’s compulsory in America.

          • Flying Gabriel

You have a family with many teachers and not one of them has educated you on the use of emotionally loaded association fallacies. No wonder the US ranks 45th in the world for literacy. Even North Korea ranks 4th … did you know that? That’s called a non-fallacious comparison.

          • cyran

And I hope you realize that emotionally loaded association… (rather, just simply, appeal to emotion) Is not the correct fallacy you’re looking for Anecdotal while you’re guilty of argumentum ad lapidem or simply put, not proving how her argument is absurd while claiming it is.

I mean, most of us can use fallacies to try disproving everyone else here, but the main problem is nobody’s giving any actual credit when something logical is pointed out by trying to immediately find some loophole to discredit it. In your case, you think that because she has a family of teachers, that she should be more well informed on everything, rather than what they have informed her on their experience working with children who are immune to ‘adult authority’. So, you’re forcing a standard onto her that you’re assuming should be there, but does not necessarily mean it should be and then do a faulty comparison to one person with your horrible example and equate it to the country.

I can give the same anecdotal evidence without claiming it’s existential as I know it’s not the same everywhere, but even at my school that I went to, there were many kids who found their own form of immunity.

Really rich kid’s parents pretty much bought our school. I was more ticked off he wasn’t arrested as he almost killed multiple people. One for taking his brand new hummer his parents bought him to do donuts in the parking cage right after school where kids should be walking to their cars, not avoiding an idiot. The next, he and his friends loaded a boulder to drop from the skylights in the art room and it was lucky at the time nobody was in there as it came crashing down (this incident I actually witnessed being in that art room) and each time the school was paid off to not press charges. Immunity of affluence.

In another of my classes, we had some students who came from another area of town merge with our own. They were very loud, disruptive, dancing on desks and the time that’s important here, one humped the side of my head when I punched him. Upon being sent to the administration I was told specifically that I can’t do a thing to them, even if they’re (while they didn’t say the words) sexually harassing me because it’s their culture, we have to put up with it. immunity of culture(?)

Now, there’s to add the sue happy nature and special interest coddling that makes the attempt to do any discipline hazy. Kids know that school employees can’t ‘legally hit them back’ or get fired. my HS bus driver who was a really nice lady got fired because of this rule. Some punks thought it would be funny to test, enters the bus and as he passes by punches her in the head, but also got hit right the eff back. She got fired for a reflex. He proved that kids can get away with way too much now. It’s only gotten worse since I graduated. Working with kids now is more dangerous than it is worth it because you don’t know if you’ll be put with an entitled little brat who knows they can get away with something, less you lose a job.

Another of my teachers had to quit. She was the nicest lady I’ve ever met. I’ve stayed in contact with her even after I graduated. The lady was so spunky and nice that she’d always say “Have a super duper, wowy zowwy safe day” to everyone, and even once caught a kid looking at porn in a CG class and only said “No no, that’s a no-no site”. So why did she have to quit? Because they were wanting to teach her self defense in the fact that the defense ONLY allowed her to move her arms/legs to get away, yet actually still lets violent kids still keep on you which was a problem as they kept trying to migrate more problem students into the school. This latter part I had to hear from her that they were forcing her to basically learn to squirm while forcing her with physically violent kids was the end of the line. That’s how bad it’s gotten. TRAINING TEACHERS TO SQUIRM. Note that grabbing one’s arm and wrapping it around and bear hugging is also not allowed. You’re not allowed to have your hand, elbow, knee, foot OR shoulder touch a student. if a forearm does while ‘wiggling’ then it’s iffy. Really-stupid-stuff.

          • Flying Gabriel

Actually I claimed it lacked logic. But great strawman argument. Fallacies of the logial kind are not necessarily seperate and distinct from one another. Associating two seperate contexts largely unrelated, can also be an appeal to emotion … it doesn’t have to be one or the other. Since you’ve gone to so much effort … read your anecdotes again and try and see if it’s the teens at fault here, or the adult-created culture they live in. Good night and good luck.

FUCK authority and im armed forces. You harm my girl no matter what she does to you, im harming you at least 10 times worse and or worse than this and my army training just kicks in, thank God in the UK our cops train to negotiate de-escalation and we also, dont carry guns and we also, have civilians who police the police and have power to sack police, financially punish police and indite police and no ex cop or their family can serve in our IPCC. Last time a cop got like this in the UK was August 2011 when black boy was killed and cops shot each other in the walkie talkie to make it look like he did, then lied to the family and public, then when they protested outside the station smacked a 15 year old black girl over the head so she fell down, well we sent 16,000 police on the run with less than 5000 rowdy and un-guided Revolutionaries and political police hitting the streets to unleash anger and violence and fire and bombs on the police and fire bombed stores and caused major damage including to banks and forced the PM out of his 5th holiday of the year and forced him home when he went ape shit on the police and declared martial law and ending our 5 day rampage and revenge that cost the UK over £1billion, whenever cops act like this, we act that way in return to teach the cops we are the boss and without our collective consent your nothing but a plastic cop with a silly badge in a silly uniform, even our middle aged and old folks in the UK shout ACAB All Cops Are Bastards.

          • Dion Gibbs

But kissing the police is hardly civilised when they act like barbarians and pussies who are scared of everything. I am proud to have a more British mind state and we are more hard spoken and we are more direct and we dont just accept authority like you want people too.

            Go fuck yourself

          • Rob Parsons

Wow, IRA much? Oh, and you are part of the problem. I am glad that someone like you isn’t in my beloved country. So, no matter what your child did, if she was harmed you would go off? First, no one here believes you are as bad as you think you are. Second, being a parent means understanding when your child does wrong, and not shielding her from the results of her actions. If she assaulted someone with a cricket bat and the other kid, one on one, got the upper hand and beat her up, you would go after him? Great example you would set. I say stay across the pond, no one wants you here anyway. And since you don’t live here, I guess it doesn’t matter what your opinion is. Feel free to destroy your country though. I am sure that the 1 billion pounds that the government had to waste repairing the damage from your temper tantrum could have been used for something to make that place better, but you do seem proud wasting that money that, wait a minute, came out of your pocket in taxes. I bet taxes went up after that too, so good job.

          • cyran

Anyone else believe this guy has any Army training? Or is he just one of those “I wanna be The Guy”?

          • Dion Gibbs

Call up Brighton and Hove and Croydon Territorial Army now known as the Army Reservists and ask if a man named Dion Gibbs, served and was training with them from 2002-2006 and they will confirm it. I really dont care if people on a website believe I was a service man or not. Just because I reject right wing politics and this thuggish cop who was FIRED for his abuse and the girl who only hit the cop once after he grabbed her by the neck which, is a criminal offence for cops to do in the UK, our cops grab you by the arm and put you up against the wall if thats required, but if a girl refuses to take orders they keep on negotiating and they do not turn violent instantly with this stinking South Park Cartman style “Respect my Authority” attitude, British Cops know respect only comes when you have earn respect and just because you put a uniform or badge on does not grant you automatic respect rights.

          • AmandaG

Excellent point, but beware.. These people aren’t willing to discuss or share thought intelligently, especially those backed by education and fact!

          • Melissa Obi

Why are children demonized for being children. It is implicit bias to brutalize a female child who doing age appropriate behavior . This girl was only being passive aggressive ! Who was she harming . A system that crimaliizes a child for bring a child is totally insidious !
We all at one point in our lives have refused a command by an adult .
Name one child who always listens and pays attention ! Does that mean one should be brutalized and assaulted? If it was my child no one would’ve been able to keep me off his ass!
Officers across the country are more involved in the disciplinary process than ever and fuel the school-to-prison pipeline. Our children are more likely to be arrested or suspended for minor offenses such as violating a dress code or walking in the hall without a pass. Chewing gum or so called class room disruptions .
Officers assaults on our students in school is neither isolated nor rare. The zero tolerance policy enacted in 1994 was to stop mass killings perpetuated by maniacs .That law was turned around and used against our children .
When schools want to discipline black children, they do much more than send them to the principal’s office. They call the police, who show up to arrest black children ,who can be as young as 10 years old. The arrest happens automatically, regardless of whether the police officer knows exactly what kind of offense the child has committed or whether that offense is even worthy of an arrest.
Behavior that isn’t usually a criminal offense becomes one, thanks to zero tolerance policies that are often enforced by police officers who usually are not trained beyond their law enforcement backgrounds and often lack the skills to deal with young people. Rambunctious teenage behavior gets turned into a ‘disorderly conduct’ violation complete with punishment and court fees. children could be arrested for running in the hallway.
The ignorant mindset of some of the people posting is astounding . If a child loses control or doesn’t listen, is that ever an excuse to result to barbarian caveman behavior? Black boys are three times as likely to be suspended as white boys and black girls are four times as likely to be suspended as white girls. This is not an oversight or done by accident .
Brutality becomes justifiable when students are treated like criminals, for childish offenses. Schools should be a place to learn and grow, develop. Children should be allowed to make mistakes. School has become a prison pipeline that shoves students out of school and into the criminal justice system, and violates young people’s due process rights along the way. How dare anyone demonize the victimized teenager for acting out as children do .
So before you so called uninformed people post regarding this matter remember persons so weak in fundamental logic aren’t qualified to explain anything to anyone . Black children are more likely to be dehumanized and brutalized than white children for the same offense in the school system . It’s called being implicitly bias.
The [education and criminal justice] systems depend on each other. You put a young person out of school and there are other systems that benefit from that. Discipline should never be about brutalization it should be about learning from a mishap. Our children deserve to be allowed to make mistakes in school without the risk of being assaulted by an over zealous adult bully !

          • musikgirla

We’re not talking about a 9 yr old child. If you choose to be un-educated, at least let others receive it. Get up and go. Why is it so hard? Why we keep justifying asocial behavior? People die in other countries trying to get an education but here we must allow individuals to deny others that right just “because”? I dont take that lightly, as education rights has cost so much blood in the past and even the present. Read about Malala Yousafzai, she was SIXTEEN. And yet some think its permissible to make educators life miserable, or in the process deny that basic human right to others? Is she really a victim?

          • cyran

better than my school where we could have random kids dancing on desks or humping the side of your face and if you say or do anything, the authorities just say “put up with it, it’s their culture”

          • Flying Gabriel

At last somebody making sense. We’re being duped into thinking the new generation of youths are more rebellious and disrespectful than ever before. It’s a total myth … utter crap. Teenage rebellion is a NATURAL and NORMAL phase of human development and trying to eradicate it is like trying to eradicate birth itself. Some will manifest it more than others sure, but what’s new about that? Trying to combat it using violent means simply establishes their reason for rebellion as being legitimate. Who could ever, in their right mind, believe that this girl has learned respect for adults from this violent assault and the school officials endorsement of it? Teenage rebellion can be successfully countered and managed but will NEVER be a thing of the past. Using violence against anyone to get compliance is shallow, child-like behaviour in itself. Excusing it, thereby encouraging it, is nothing short of deranged. Get a clue people.

what ever happen to go o the office

          • Rob Parsons

And when you were in school a schoolyard fight was treated as just that and no one was arrested either. And of course, back then if you acted up in school, you got in trouble at home. Your parents didn’t go after the school. Some say it is this generation’s fault, and they are wrong. It is the previous generation cottling their children instead of parenting. Participation trophies instead of working hard to achieve something. That is the parents fault, not the child. If she was taught to respect authority and understood there were consequences for her actions, that would probably never have happened.

          • Marisol

This child just lost her mother and grandmother less than two months ago. We don’t know what she was thinking. But we do know that she didn’t move from her seat, or attack anyone. When big drug induced steroids shooting animals like this officer forgets that he’s a man while dogging out a little girl, there is problem. And the problem is not the little girl.

          • shannon soto

When you went to school you were brought up to respect authorities an not be disrespectful! Today these kids are out of control. Not saying she deserved that. But these kids know they can do whatever an get away with it! I wouldn’t be a teacher,no way! An that’s why they have security guards.

          • Blacktiger

You bet! 60 yrs. ago I stood at the front of the room in a line along with the rest of the class to be given 3 straps across the hand. Nobody would snitch so we all got it! I’m still here and not the worse for wear.

Sorry, but you don’t understand most of the people here. Their “freedoms” and “rights” supersedes ANY responsibility to act in a mature, civil and responsible manner. What EVER I want to do, is my RIGHT and it doesn’t matter who it harms or offends.

You are absolutely CORRECT!! Her behavior was the whole problem! Officers are on campus as the STRONG ARM, when staff can’t handle these unruly brats! Take ALL OFFICERS OFF THE CAMPUSES!!! When you GIVE Power to a child, you have lost as the adult and you get this result and NOW she won this battle of Braun and no brains, more children will follow in her path right down that slippery slope into prison! Just watch!! Remember that mother that caught her son throwing rocks and bottles at police?? She saw HER Kid on TV and flew down there, HIGHLY enraged!! I applauded her!! She didn’t want her son to act like the rest of those heathens in the streets!! She saved his LIFE!! THAT’S A GOOD PARENT!! Not many in today’s society!! She even slapped him in the head!! Did the cops arrest her?? Did CPS get called??? NOPE!! She was being a protective parent and showing that kid who was the BOSS!! Cudos to her!! Cudos to that officer who was doing what he was called in to do!!

          • Michael Adamson

That is a very fancy way of writing she had her bones broken because she wouldn’t get out of a chair by a person that has to right interacting with her in the first place unless a crime has been committed. Trying to twist things around to make the officer stopping some behavior from her that was going to erupt and cause some horrific incident is just nonsense. The horrific incident was the cop being there. pleased at the officers regardless of tactics used just means you aren’t the one with a fractured skull or a trip to the morgue, and I really hope it is a way of thought that is on it’s way out.

          • Jillyin James

fuck the police. It is not hate to criticize a system of oppression. There is nothing that justifies that kind of violence, if you have to resort to that level of violence to control a child, maybe you should rethink what it is you are trying to accomplish.

Ill be the first one to declare we should humanize not generalize, unfortunately in America there are 3800 humans doing life without parole for first time non violent drug offenses, and the police have no qualms about violating our constitutional rights, says the police who forced their way into my home and assaulted me in my living room. So you can play your biased, intellectual pitty party, but dam if you are going to tell me how to resist oppression,. Come walk in my shoes, Ive been up and down these streets doing outreach to trans sex workers, a population (that being trans women not trans sexworkers) who is 48x more likely to contract hiv than any other group of people yet police arrest us for having condoms under some bullshit 48hr detainer due to the condoms being evidence of prostitution, or how about being beat up by police for not responding to a name which is not your legal name, nor is on any of your ids? you don’t know nothing, so unless you are going to check your privilege and utilize empathy rather than creating some acceptable standard of normalcy that fits snugly around your life to criticize those of us who don’t fit into it, and thus deserve whatever the states monopoly on violence has to dish out, you should think about supporting your fellow humans and not an autonomous entity like the police or the state. Fuck the Police Free Trixie Turner, and Free Stomper and all of our siblings from state sanctioned hate against individual identities

        • Merlin.D.Wizzard

No way. We see this crap all the time. If you want to act hard, there are a million and one police officers trained to act hard right back. Better teach your kids better. Michael Brown thought he didn’t have to listen either. You know where that got him.

          • Jossie Knox Brown

Teach what how to take a beating from the police. Let them beat you

Follow the law and no one will ever “beat you.”

          • Guy Grimsley

@AnandaG might I remind you of Jackson State and Kent State those students were running away and got murdered by authority run amok , that is exactly the situation here authority run amok. He had no right to take the approach that he chose to take , there is always a path of non violence that this roid rage cop should have taken but his authority had been questioned by a child boo fucking hoo.

          • musikgirla

Yeah, sure, Guy Grimsley, like asking nicely for the 100th time…

          • Guy Grimsley

Wouldn’t pulling her and the desk into the hall and closing the door to the rest of the class been about as violent as needed for the situation? Might I remind you that this is a physically fit say 300 pound man and a little girl, myself I would have been ashamed of myself for acting like an arrogant behind the badge bully.

          • Paul

This guy is no where near 300 lbs. Get a fucking grip on reality! He might be 200, maybe, but looks closer to 180. She is resisting by refusing to do as told. He is an officer of the law and has the right to enforce said law. If that means physically removing and restraining a female, then he has to remove and restrain her. Is it fair to the 20+ other students in the classroom, who are actually trying to get an education, to have to put up with her disruptive behavior? Hell no, it’s not! If I were one of those students, I’d have got up and made her leave before he ever got there, so that I could continue with my education! If she had any discipline at home, they wouldn’t have had to tell her more than once because she’d be scared of that ass whooping her parents would give her when she gets home!

          • Guy Grimsley

Your delusional this guy is dead lifting between 300 to 600 pounds he a weight coach I weigh 280 and this guy would make me small. Personally I would be ashamed of myself for not being able to handle a little girl without violence but I guess that’s just me.If you can’t stand the flame get out of the fire. That guy needs to be out somewhere culling cattle or pigs or something not dealing with the public.

          • StephanieS

Couldn’t agree more with you Paul. This is the generation we are creating, where its okay to not follow the instructions given by a law enforcement official and then say oh it was brutality because of that persons “race”

          • Dion Gibbs

even if this girl was pale as a piece of butter, I would still be up in arms, because this is an abuse of power, a neglect of police training to de-fuse a situation and to NEVER escalate it like he has done here.

          • AmandaG

Thank you! It’s like arguing with children here. Fact vs. Emotion. Impossible!

          • Dion Gibbs

resisting by refusing to do as she is told, so what force to resist did she use? Resistence does not mean not doing as your told, they are not my parents and dont have that right over me without my prior consent and I do not give it over me or my family. Resistance is when you take up force to defend yourself and your cause and your life to preserve your culture, like Palestinians are doing against Israel and the World accepts this. American’s are isolating themselves thru their arrogant actions, even your allies want nothing to do with you Germany, getting closer to Russia, UK now asking to work with Russia and Syria, France still up your ass, Canada told you where to go. Israel only using you for money and weapons.

          • AmandaG

No. 1.) His responsibility is to apprehend and subdue the perpetrator. In this case passively resisting detentainment. 2.) Pulling the desk into the hallway out of “public sight” would have no doubt cases even more of an uproar! 3.) I sure someone would have an issue with the injury she might have sustained in the process of removing the desk; whiplash, laceration… Bruising.

Everyone wants to “armchair” the police and their training. Make it nicer. Make it appear less violent. I have rights! How utopian. This is ridiculous. Misbehavior begets hundreds of supporters because it “looks bad” and isn’t “right!” ridiculous!

          • Guy Grimsley

The debate is now over, he has been fired for not following procedure. Done deal for a POS bigot.

          • Abdalmaus

talk so much bullshit around here with your hypocrite views.
Is this comment section your part time job or something?

I am a teacher, my mother is one, my father was one.
My 3 siblings have worked as teachers during college.
My cousins are cops, my grandfather is in a nice spot in the army.

“Aja…try to ask nicely one of this “innocent children” to behave,
you’ll likely end up spat in your face…STOP DEMONIZING AUTHORITY!!!”

If this is the outcome you expect, it means you are not fit for said job.
You are pretty much one of the people who has never been a kid.
Kids are naive and irresponsible. You are to lead them to the right direction.
That’s is only achieved by treating them with care and respect.
That’s how you earn it back.

I guess this teacher did not do a good job in leading. It must be his fault too:

          • Abdalmaus

You speak as if you were never a student.
I was still in high school when I started working as a teacher.
            That was 5 years ago.
I’m assuming you’re a retard, live in a terrible shithole or you stopped studying over 30 years ago.
You’re still another dumb sheep. Update yourself and get with the times.
You probably don’t even have any contact with a learning environment now, so don’t talk shit you do not understand.
Even while living in a poor area wouldn’t make you be that stubborn.

          • musikgirla

And great teacher you are when you can’t even dicuss a theme without insulting and calling other people names…

          • Abdalmaus

            It’s not because I’m a teacher, that I can’t call you a stupid fuck.
You’re not one of my students.
I’m not an ascended being, I’m still human.
            I just know my responsibilities.

          • Dion Gibbs

NOT true, people get abused by cops daily and they are law abiding, people get drugs planted on them all the time to fulfil qouta’s which, by law should NOT exist. Being law abiding is not enough to guarantee good treatment by cops.

          • 2BLK72

Thats funny how white ppl say Mike Brown.. what about all of these mass murders done by these white guys? I guess their mom didnt teach them right huh? I see Mike Brown is the only name that pops up but we can name countless white ppl who have committed some of the worse crimes known in the world.

          • Bud

racist trash^ its funny how black ppl still running there mouth about racism when the only racist shit I ever read is coming from ignorant ass people like yourself. I guess there mom didnt teach them right huh?

          • Dion Gibbs

Prove the person is black, I see no picture showing colour and colour does not equate to race, since Arabs (semites) and Jews look very much like whites yet they are not.

          • AmandaG

Criminal behavior has been proven to be more closely related to poor childhood experiance than color.

          • Dion Gibbs

As a criminologist and Social and Political Scientist by trade, your wrong, crime is more closely related to a combination of environmental factors (poverty and lack of opportunities) and thru childhood experiences, neither of these can alone answer for all the problems in criminality and the science backs this.

          • cyran

… why are you going to keep lying? Let me guess, next you’ll be a Brown belt in Aikido and a weekend Neurosurgeon if it helps appeal to ethos.

          • Dion Gibbs

Lying lmao click on my photo go on my Facebook page click on my photo album your see my degree certificate posted on there, I have offered you ways to clarify from sources who I am and you refuse, because you would rather be right than to be proven wrong, your a parasitic sub human and I put plenty of you in a body bag in Iraq. You should be hanged from the nearest tree so your failure of a family can watch you swing.

          • cyran

And who’s the one who said they valued life? *chuckles* You know you’re proving what a psychopath you are by the moment.

And I posted these comments before I could even actually attempt to ‘contact’ your sources which I’m not even going to bother to do as I don’t really want to because you’re still insane and extremely inept and overcompensating. So, while true, you had no actual evidence of my ‘rather be right than to be proven wrong’.

And you know what I am apparently… as a parasitic ‘sub human’ and with a threat! Oh dear, we have the epitome of civility right here.

Btw, you don’t ever seem to use You’re… when you really should. Your other ineptitude and attempts at using ad hominem are still amusing this failure, parasitic sub human. Please, prove to me with irrationality you could possibly ever be taken serious for the stuff you say.

          • Dion Gibbs

Whether you like it or not this cop was sacked, now his an unemployed bum and a violent thug who will never be employed by the State again. Stick that in your cop cock sucking pipe and swallow it.

          • Lou9999

Blacks commit 52% of murders in the US. They are 13 percent of the population. Actually, the black males are 6.5% of the US population and commit about 50% of the homicides..

          • Dion Gibbs

Related to poverty, lack of opportunities and America’s stupidity in creating ghetto’s which, we dont have in the UK and that has led to mixed communities, middle class next to the poorest person with the same quality housing. So area code lotteries cannot happen here like in America, oh you from Compton we are not hiring you criminals, oh you from St Louis you dont got that job. Cant say that in the UK and we have much less problems, our black community lives within the law much more and our murder rates are a pittance compared to the USA which, is a blemish on the World’s stage. With whites massacring kids at school or in cinema’s or blacks shooting up communities for gang shit.

          • Lou9999

I love it when people from other countries try to tell me how great their country is compared to the US. Usually, guys with small penises brag about how many chicks they got……same premise here.

          • Rob Parsons

Ah, and if they resisted arrest, their treatment was justified because of the horribe crimes. The fact of the matter is: if you resist arrest, no matter how petty your crime was, you are going to be arrested. If you escalate the arrest for Jay walking into a physical confrontation, don’t be suprise when you are on the ground and being subdued to be cuffed. What is the alternative? You are under arrest for xxxxxxx. “No I’m not” Oh, ok since you said no, or for some reason think you don’t have to follow the law, then I will just let you go. Nope, not gonna happen. So, I propose this question: what should the officer have done to Mike Brown, who was just selling cigarettes illegally? Now, don’t bring up a choke hold, because it just wasnt. “I can’t breathe” was a result of an overweight man on his stomach with an officer holding him down to cuff him, so don’t bring that up. What should have been done? Let him go, it’s just a small infraction? Then what is the cut off? I’ll wait for an intelligent answer

          • Rage

Rob this story has nothing to Race its Excessive force.I’m not against Law enforcement have a few cops in the family.lol They named him officier smackdown so he never earned respect from students.I know in my town the high school cop connects with the kids,Ive ask the kids if any nick names none.just saying

          • cyran

because they’re not relevant in a topic of apprehension/consequences of civil disobedience that may lead to use of force to apprehend or killed. This is also called false attribution. While the acts of the white killers are horrible and inexcusable, you’re also going to invite the fact that there are also many black mass killers. Though to be fair in the latter as far as the US is concerned, they’re labeled Gang related (maybe not always true) even if it happens in a school setting or wherever it may be, which puts another charge, but where statistics are concerned, it moves the perpetrator over to ‘gang related violence’ instead of ‘school related violence’.

Mike brown ignored a police order. That part is similar. Police took action that people are debating whether it was necessary or excessive. That’s the other part that’s similar. What’s the similarities between this and the columbine or any other mass killer? (I’ll tell you this; they had no police involvement until after the crime wave had already started. INSTANTLY takes a huge step away from being comparable)

          • StephanieS

So true! When my mom went to school corporate punishment was allowed and children actually listened and abided by rules and didn’t turn into what this generation has created

          • Dion Gibbs

Same with my mom yet my mother and her sister laughed at the teacher as they got canned to show the entire school, they might get canned but nothing can dampen their spirits and their will to succeed. The Army taught me take no shit from anyone including the police who are not my authority only my commander and my parents and God is my authority.

        • Jo

It’s not our government. It’s a corporation posing as our government. We lost our government in 1913 with the passage of the Federal Reserve Act. They control all education and media so it makes it difficult to learn the truth.

          • Tony Velez

jo, exactly perfectly explained , god bless , stay safe

          • Jo

Thanks Tony. I try and wake up as many as possible. Google the name Karl Lentz and list to as many audios as possible. He teaches people how to flip the court to the court of man and has great success. Really good stuff.

          • Tony Velez

hey jo, ironic as i have karl lentz & the common law principle saved in my legal files many yrs ago, yes it is a great way to shove it up their asses but thank god never had to use it but need be will use it if coerced , again, god bless, stay safe

Are you saying that talking about police is not important?

          • JoJoFox

…and to NEVER question the actions of those in power…

        • Nepenthe

The truth is that officers are hired at a local level and if local communities would actually pay their officers, then they would get a better quality of person applying for the job. As it is, it’s a thankless job with thankless pay where your every move will put on the internet for people who weren’t in the situation to scrutinize.

      • Steve Zeitz

Wrong. What part of that cop assaulting that girl is unclear to you? You obviously do not support the cause. This is the rhetoric of non-support on every level.

      • Nick Nitro

If that was your child you would be OK with a officer assaulting your daughter.?

        • K. Rodrigues

Absolutely! I taught my child to obey and have respect…and she turned out to be a fantastic , remarkable person.

          • Macorichi

The Nazis taught the Jewish population in their country to obey and respect, look where that ended up. Get fucking educated moron, the fact you have children frightens me.

          • hjfink07

Fucking hell, we have come to a point in America where cops have become the judge, jury, and executioner. They are given full discretion to evaluate the situation, isolate what’s wrong, and right it. Meaning if they “feel threatened” they can take deadly force. If they think people are “threatened non-lethally” they can assault. And there’s no checks and balances that are immediate that can keep the cops from assaulting or killing a person they don’t like and simply bullshitting they “felt threatened”.

          • Lou9999

No…the Nazis disarmed the population. Every genocide in history was started by the disarmament of the people.

          • Macorichi

Lol and? Did I say that that’s all the Nazi’s did? What is your comment even trying to say? Way off topic here buddy.

          • Lou9999

I think we are on the same team slick. The main way the Nazis controlled the population was disarming them. Just like the Democrats would like to do to the US.

          • Kate Parsons

respect and fear are two different things.

        • Byron Schroedel

She would have got worse at home. There is a lot more to the story. She could have ended the situation anytime by doing as she was asked. She chose the course and she paid the price of here choice!

          • Marximus Stylus

She could have ended the situation anytime by doing as she was asked.

          • you do that to your daughter at home, you are going to jail. Go ahead and try to put up that video of your asinine comment.

          • Poindexter Mcpirate

EXACTLY….ANYONE other than him would have been arrested IMEDIATLY

          • Paris H. Redd

oh please come off it, it’s obvious that no matter what she said or didn’t do, she was sitting there with no aggression toward the police and he ASSAULTED her it’s very clear that police brutality still exist. just in case you need to know ” Police brutality is the wanton use of excessive force, usually physical, but also common in forms of verbal attacks and psychological intimidation, by a police officer.”

          • Lekeshia Mikes Crawford

Paris Redd is rite this officer us abusing his lil power and its folks like Byron Schroeder always talking that what she should have done shit. Until it happens to him or his family. Officers over exercise there authority and treat blacks like were not human everyday. So you shouldnt talk about things you dont know or ever had to experience. He was out of line period. He deserves to be fired and jail time. Keeping it?he treated her like that bcuz she was BLACK. If she would have been white it would have played out totally different believe that.

          • AppleJAK

So you beat your kids? “She would have gotten worse at home.” da fuq…

          • Anon

            abuse*

          • Kate Parsons

In that case you should NEVER have kids as you are a danger to them if you think this is an acceptable way to discipline!

          • TreAnthony

Byron, I’m going to do you like that…I’m going to see you sitting on the metro bus one glorious day, walk up to you and snatch your ass up out of that seat, and if you dare not comply, I will take my hand and rip your nutsacs out and shove it down your throat and see how that works for you..that’s not a threat, it’s a promise…

          • Shermie Pie Yang

IF that were my child, better be damn sure that she’s getting into a shit load of trouble when she comes home. Fortunately I taught my children better from my experiences in life dealing with beatings from my parents and my run-ins with the law.

        • Deborah Ann Many

if my child refused to do what she was asked to do and an officer was called because she refused to do what she was asked…she would get rath at home too….I taught my children to do what they are told and respect their elders!! I believe she got what she got because she has no respect

          • Truth Teller

Cut the bs, if your child was tossed like a rag doll in a classroom like this girl was you would have a shit fit. The cop would be fired the next day.

        • AmandaG

I teach my children respect for both themselves and for the law. I teach my children accountability for any and all of their actions. Of this WERE my child, I wouldn’t allow ANYONE to negate their responsibility to those two simple things. My child breaks a law and is arrested? He/she goes to jail. They surely aren’t blaming the officer for his use of force for their ill behavior.

        • Lou9999

My daughter wouldn’t have refused to listen to the teacher and cop. I fully blame the parents for this situation.

        • Lolol

Yeah, if that was me my dad would have laughed and said “maybe you should have listened then?” Just a cause it is a police officer its wrong? Yes, I’ll agree he did use excessive force. But if that was a student doing that, it would be some funny video to watch instead of a “cop brutality” video. Midia twists and corrupts our views of everything.

      • Brian Moore

Obviously youre not on cop block sites often, bcuz I see a shitload of content supporting good cops and officers who turn in bad ones. You just pulled that right out of your ass. Its just so rare for any GOOD cops to do shit newsworthy that the stories are few and far between.

      • stevepidge

The Govt. wants the most violent and low IQ officers that are willing to follow orders without regard to society or the implications of their actions.

        http://abcnews.go.com/US/court-oks-barring-high-iqs-cops/story?id=95836

        • AmandaG

In order the become (and maintain) a state license to be an officer of the law, a candidate MUST complete collegiate coursework. Most large departments won’t even hire an officer without a college background. Further, he/she must pass a rigorous psycological screening, most wouldn’t pass. I fail to see how this ignorance is helping any cause. I guess warm bodies, however uneducated they might be, is still Simone following.

      • Z

Context doesn’t matter in the situation shown in this article. That cop is a thug and most likely cowardly. I doubt this cop would accept a challenge of mutual combat from someone his own size seeking retribution for his actions in the video. And if he did, he would claim he didn’t agree to combat and get his opponent arrested once he lost the fight. There is no reason to throw a teenager around like that. I am not paying to place my kids in school so they can be harmed like that, and frankly, we all have a right to defend our lives, (we have a right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness affirmed in the Declaration of Independence) so maybe kids in those school types should learn to defend themselves. Anyone doing something like that to my kid will have a serious problem. Obviously, the Teacher in the class needs better training as well. The Teacher should learn to work with parents and seek other avenues to promote healthy behavior from students. A Peace Officer would handle the situation differently and prevent it from escalating.

My advise, get your kids out of that school if they are enrolled there. The Faculty’s main concern is most likely how much money they get for each kid enrolled.

      • Bud

lol who cares..you can try and justify this kinda garbage all you want but name one thing that girl could have done prior to this to deserve the assault? would you do this to your own child you abusive fuck.. excessive force is excessive force no matter how disrespectful the little brat was..i dont care if she spit in that pigs face, its a child…IN A CLASSROOM FULL OF OTHER CHILDREN!! you scum bag

      • Cindy Cuff

It does not matter what has been cut out of the tape….. even if the child was acting up…. she is just a child!!!!No Adult man, or women.. ..cop or otherwise has right to treat a Child like that!!!

        • Justin Holmes

She’s not just a child. She’s a grown teenager. They know right from wrong. She didn’t “act up” she punched the cop in the face. Lol

      • kim

right on teamSAF could not have said it any better.. were never shown any of it from the get go..

      • Robbie Cast

yes because what ever that young girl did while seated and 100lbs soaking wet deserved that reaction from a trained professional. #Sarcasm

      • Marisol

It doesn’t matter what was done or said before they began filming. She was sitting in her chair not saying anything when he approached her. He is a big man who bench presses over 600 pounds and are more than likely a STEROID user. He had absolutely NO right to touch her…NONE

      • me

These radio jockeys are OF That Generation where GOD FORBID a rotten teenager refuses to obey the rules! And PUNCHING a TEACHER is OK?? You two NEED to go to one of these schools where these kids have NO Discipline!! You two talk a lot of shit!! Go to these schools and just sub for a day!! Or get a real job and stop giving creedance to unruly almost adult children! #1She WAS ON HER PHONE! #2 She was chewing gum! Two rules that DIDN’T APPLY TO HER! #3 SHE WAS ASKED NICELY By the teacher and then by the assistant principal to either obey the rules or LEAVE the classroom!! She chose to be the little cocky bitch that got her ass in trouble!! She HAD CHOICES!! SHE CHOSE to be defiant!! Hell that cop even asked her nicely to go with him! You wanted him to bend down and kiss her ASS??? I DON’T think that’s what he is in that school to do! Some of the kids interviewed said they KNEW once that officer was called I’m, it wasn’t going to be a party!! I saw the chair fall back when he put one arm around her neck and another down under her knees to lift her, JUST as you would lift an elderly person put out of a chair! That student was 5’6 and about 150 lbs and she stiffened UP! That caused the chair to go backwards! You all back seat drivers!!! Go sub and then report back just make sure its one of those schools full of defiant teenagers! Or STFU!

      • Nepenthe

It would be nice if -anyone- would report without bias. Anyone at all. I am fully capable of forming my own opinions and it’s annoying to have these biased articles with who knows what edited out of the video trying to form my opinion for me. You’re absolutely right. They are hurting their cause. Because people like me only see another hate group who skews the facts to their side.

    • Merlin.D.Wizzard

They cut out the part where she was disrupting the class and acting like a hood rat. It doesn’t matter. We already know what happened. If an officer tells you to do something, you should comply. This is not a hard concept. Whoop that trick. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSPwvkQ0MvI

      • Marximus Stylus

You would’ve made a perfect slave. Shit, they missed out.

      • Jeffrey

You have got to be the dumbest son of a bitch just wait until its your child I bet u change your tune ?…… wait let me guess ur child wldnt do tht

      • jim jones

Merlin, you’re so perfect. Let’s violently arrest you for your verbal abuse against us. Your ignorance is not welcome here.

      • Paris H. Redd

You’re really just an ignorant being, if you weren’t there then you can’t say what she was and/or wasn’t doing,.

        • Alex Riggs

          The irony with this statement.

      • Non compliance does not constitute an all out assault by the pig- he was in no physical danger, if this was your daughter I’d bet you’d be singing a different tune, or maybe not you sound like a good boot licker…

      • hjfink07

You’re a dumbass. “If an officer tells you to do something, you should comply.” Yes because this will always solve your problems. Eric Garner was complying, all he needed was some air. The cop who MURDERED Eric Garner deprived Eric of his life, which in turn also deprived him of his liberty and ultimately his pursuit of happiness.

      • Devin Sykes

        You are a cunt.

    • 2broke4 her

what part was cut out? the part where it mattered the most! forgot to add, she was punching him! maybe it was that part!

      • Bigtwinone

So wheres the video from others who were present? Why are they not condemning this video and where is the backlash from the FOX news? They should be interviewing all the people who where there and have someone on to say that this was a travesty to the officers record. Haven’t seen anyone doing that yet? I wonder why?

    • D’Rox

the comment is edited, you can click on edited and see what was edited.

    • Dennis Byrne

Where the mention of the 3rd video that came out that showed the girl physically assaulting the officer when he went to make her get out of her chair?? Where is the official documentation that the girl is mentally ill? Where is any evidence to support that claim, other then the family’s word, who would naturally try to protect their child.

  • SoSayethTheBored

The teacher and the other students don’t seem to have a problem with it.

    • sarahm59

They’re unfortunately numb to it as it happens regularly. That’s how they’re kept in their place, through fear and intimidation.

      • el caco

Actually it looks like they want her out too

    • blindjustice

That is not a teacher, its a prison guard and the other students are fellow prisoners.

    • Steve Zeitz

Is that how we decide what what is right now?

  • Glenda Sorensen Dockery

The student could/should have gotten up when told to, then she would not have been pulled out of chair. It’s obvious she decided that she was not getting up and was using all her weight to stay in the chair. A rush to judge the officer in this is what should NOT happen. I’m not saying that man handling a child is a good choice, but officers these days are getting a bad rap for doing their jobs and keeping others safe.

    • Songbrook

Safe from what? A kid that is sitting in a chair?

      • SoSayethTheBored

Safe from missing out on an education because of an obnoxious jagoff.

        • Erich Fields

Obviously not, because this jagoff (the cop) certainly disrupted their learning.

          • Jonnie

I live here, my son was in that class. he had told me the girl pulled a knife on the teacher and told her to “get the fuck going.” which in fact justifies the police officer’s actions.

          • xxNJ

But where was the knife in the video? Hm. The officer wasnt in danger he couldve grabbed her arms to arrest rather than putting her in a chokehold lol still doesn’t add up or justify crooked cops!

          • AceHinter

you realize that it doesnt matter if he saw her having it right? if he was told she had it he is by law given the right to use force to protect those around him. if you didnt realize either that looks like a really bad school. not every cop is fucked up when they use force on someone because im pretty sure 90% of the time you dont even know half the story. keep bashing cops and one day you will realize that without them you would probably be dead.

          • Anika Glover

We are dead with them. No matter what the situation they always give this fairytale story about how the officer was such a good person but never dig into what they have done but they are quick to say negative things about the person who’s accused. They will go all the way back to birth to find something they can use to justify the law when they are wrong. They use their authority to get away with everything and if u can’t see that, then that makes u just as bad of a person then they are

          • Devin Sykes

Bruhhhhh, She’s a lil girl lol his actions are not justified and hopefully they won’t be in a court of law. That act reguardless of his DUTY was just not right. It is hard to watch to be completely honest. That was fucked up and I do not know how a person aka the jaggoff could live with himself after throwing and hitting a little girl. There was prolly a million and 1 ways to handle this situation and he chose the easiest. Aggression. That little girl needed help not abuse. Now she prolly just going to sit in juvie around other corrupt minds learning to be just as “disruptive”. Cops may keep peace where there is chaos, but a person in power has a responsibility and the men and women in uniform having been showing a very thin line between protecting and policing.

          • Steven Spencer

So what you’re saying is don’t do any actual investigation, just go off of what others say and assault the child. Shoot first, ask questions later, am i right? Comply or die, am I right?

          • Glenda Sorensen Dockery

And there is the rest of the story that we don’t see in this cop bashing site. When threatened with a deadly weapon an officer’s training kicks in and they do not see color, sex, religion, ethnicity, they are just trying to go home alive to their families!

          • Sally Pringle-Kirkland

SO SHE PULLED A KNIFE HUH!!! WHERE IS IT? HE DAM SURE HAD TIME TO GET IT RIGHT? WHERE THE HELL IS IT!! DID U HEAR THE TEACHER SAY THAT!!! WHERE I WANNA HEAR IT TOO

          • Songbrook

I also want to know why, if there was a weapon involved, WHY were the rest of the kids still in the class room with the kid holding a knife? Common sense tells me, as a teacher, if a child was threatening me with a knife or other weapon, *I* would send the rest of the kids to the office for their safety.

          • davidus

There was no knife involved^^. And everyone else is being quiet, because they dont know who´gonna be next. Students have been saying this was usual happening.

          • Bigtwinone

I was thinking the exact same thing. Plus, no officer arrives to

          • Devin Sykes

            lol man lol

          • Steve Zeitz

You have already told more than a couple of lies. Where is the reasoning that you use to smear a girl you don’t know with claims that you have already said need investigating?

          • Songbrook

Could you please link us a reliable news source that has put that in print? A local paper or TV station?

          • 5irestarter

Where’s your post? Link? Son’s news interview?
You should REALLY get that part of the story out there.

Why did Glenda just “go with” what you were saying without asking for any other justification or questioning like she did for EVERY other element of this conversation. See what happens when your existing bias thwarts your fact checking ability. Works both ways

          • 5irestarter

Here we are, with more details as the young man who recorded the video speaks about what happened in the classroom.

            http://www.usatoday.com/media/cinematic/video/74674042/teen-scared-for-my-life-watching-deputy-rough-up-girl/

          • Steve Zeitz

I don’t believe any of this post. I can see the girl and the cop clearly. I will not accept what you claim by your words only. Show your proof or keep silent.

          • chuck

So who told who to get out? The teacher or the student

          • hjfink07

            Video or it didn’t happen.

          • Bigtwinone

I sincerely doubt you or your sons recollection of the incident. I cannot see THIS officer approach a person knowing that they had a weapon on them without his firearm pointed in their direction. I believe you are making this up to inflame and derail the discussion. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

        • Sally Pringle-Kirkland

THERE YOUR DISRESPECTFUL ASS CALLING THE KID NAMES!!!!! ASSHOLE!!! ITS A CHILD FOR CHRIST SAKES!!!

      • Glenda Sorensen Dockery

The other kids in the CLASSROOM have the right to feel safe and to be learning. This says the teacher called for assistance for a disruptive kid.

        • 5irestarter

Ma’am. Glenda. Honey…LOL,you look a bit (blind)(biased)(goofy) just going to bat for excessive force on hearsay evidence of a random untraceable commenter (with no profile picture, link to an article, video, tweet, new report, anything. troll?). Even if this video is edited by Hitler himself, or recorded in a studio in Santa Monica,CA it still seeming more valid than a random troll coming in the blog comments to stir the pot.

You have valid point with a clear agenda, but you MUST make and effort to seem smarter than this in order to be taken seriously.

          • Justin Holmes

You’re the one who seems a bit blind and dumb. It’s not excessive force when the woman assaulted the police officer

          • 5irestarter

            Hi Justin :-D,

I never called Glendal dumb I just suggested that she check her argument points. I’m not blind I saw the girl reach up to push the officer away.

The officers force was asserted prior to the her attempting to defend herself.

I’ve been trained for situations much more dangerous than this and how to subdue armed terrorist with less force.

          • 5irestarter

…and I find it odd that black children are often referred to as men & women in these type of situations rather than teens, young adults; however if it was Lizzie McGuire, we’d be calling her a girl and not AUTOMATICALLY see her as the agressor and possibly view her as the “slammed to the ground, knee in the back” victim.

        • Steve Zeitz

You do not have a valid point. You are here to talk smack about a kid that you don’t know in a situation you have claimed that you don’t know evertything about. Just go away and bother people who care what you lie about.

    • ObiJuanKenobi

So its comply or die right? Bunch a bullshit, lucky that wasn’t my kid.

      • Daniel Urenda

What you gonna sue the cop…school board …district…teacher..and anyone else that had to put up with your unruly child?

        • gofkurseelf

yes, yes i would. they tell you you can’t spank your own child but they can throw them across the room? go fuck yourself

          • Christine Johnson

Well maybe if more parent’s disciplined the Children Teacher’s wouldn’t have Unruly Classes and Officer’s in the Schools. This Girl was asked twice to leave after disrupting the School, both by the Teacher and by an administrator. Only After being fed up they called for the Officer. Even then the Girl Refused. Don’t Cry foul after you don’t follow directions.

          • Sally Pringle-Kirkland

first of all YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THE PARENTS DO WITH THEIR KIDS!!!! AND IT DONT MATTER!!! HIS ACTIONS WAS NOT WARRANTED AND IF YOU LISTEN AT THE END HE SAYS LIL BITCH!!! BUT THATS OK WITH YOU TOO HUH!!!

          • Merlin.D.Wizzard

Yep. That’s okay with me. Act like a thug, get treated like a thug. The graveyard is full of thugs. Another one won’t make any difference. Raise your kids right. It might save their life.

          • Reggie Chandler

Amazing how you call us thugs, when it was your people who came to this country and almost annihilated a race of people who were already here, brought my people over as slaves, emasculated our men, raped our women, and seperated families. They beat my ancestors savagely and murdered them when they got ready. Hundreds of years later, we had to die for rights to vote, eat at counters, drink from fountains and ride the bus. Your people hosed us, spit on us, called us ungodly names and had dogs attack us. And WE are the thugs??

          • Lou9999

How did you place yourself in the thug category? Thugs come from all races. And remember this…every race has been slaves at one time or another in history. The word slave comes from the Slavs in Eastern Europe. Jews (I am not Jewish) have been the most oppressed people in history. Stop with the victimhood and live like civilized people. Why aren’t the Asians, Indians, Muslims,Jews or Hispanics having the same troubles as blacks? Because they have fathers that raise their children. Pull up your bootstraps.

          • Reggie Chandler

This is not me crying the victim, I stated facts, and you can’t argue them. And your statements are laced with racism, categorization and bias. However, I expect that from you because of your position. I certainly wasn’t making a point that we were the only race that endured persecution. The problem is, it still exists and folks who think like you won’t admit it. So, there’s no need to converse with you anymore. Have a great day.

          • Lou9999

Dude, I am not arguing your facts. I am saying to stop crying in your whiskey. You have never been a slave, you didn’t know any slaves, you have every opportunity to succeed like any other American…yet, you want to bring up crap that happened 150 years ago. I will admit, there are racial tensions (fanned by Obama). However, it seems like it is on both sides (both sides have manure on their boots). However, you seem to see only one side.

I know that you are a whiner once you brought up your opinion that I am a racist. I am against anyone who doesn’t try to better themselves, doesn’t hold people accountable for their actions or are just plain lazy…..by the way, that traverses all races. I have served in the military for 29 years….I know a ton of black guys. Very few were whiners like you. They did their jobs and were well respected. Some were the best that i have ever known.

You claim that you have been called “ungodly names”. Have you ever uttered a racial slur? I am betting yes. Pull up your bootstraps crybaby. Stop living 150 years ago.

          • Reggie Chandler

Racial tensions fanned by Obama? Yeah, this conversation is pointless. But….good talking to you anyway and I do sincerely wish you the best. No hate here, I just shared my thoughts.

          • Michael A. Kennedy

Yeah she was being a little bitch

          • Reggie Chandler

Michael, you’re wrong for speaking about this girl this way. You don’t know her at all. If you have a daughter, I hope no one speaks to her the way you have spoken of this young girl.

          • dmf

Okay. So. If I asked you twice to do something and you didn’t, I would have the right to throw you across the room? Good to know.

          • Joe Keckley

What, are you officer? Your damn right an officer has the right to get physical. Hate to tell you all but saying “no” To an officer is breaking the law.

          • Bigtwinone

Saying no to an officer is NOT an actual law you can break. Please cite the statute that allows a person to be charged in this manner.

          • dmf

It is absolutely not breaking the law to say no to a police officer, and the fact that you think it is is fucking disturbing.

          • dmf

It is most certainly *not* against the law to say no to an officer, and the fact that you think it is, is fucking disturbing.

          • Reggie Chandler

I agree with your statement about more parents just being parents and doing what they should do at home. However, we weren’t there, so we don’t really know what “disruptive” means in this situation. Not excusing her, but I’m just saying we don’t know what that means here in this situation. I’m sure that even if your child had been “disruptive”, you wouldn’t want him/here thrown across the room like this. This is ridiculous, and if you can’t see that there is something wrong here, then I question what kind of person you are. The problem is this: she’s Black, so, to you, that automatically means she deserved this kind of treatment. I’m so sick of this.

          • Mark Lacasse

Well said. There is just absolutely no need for anything that happened here. I don’t give a flying rats ass what came out of her mouth. You want to be a cop your ass better check your anger. Its a little girl, she does not want to get up, help her up forcefully but respectfully. This is just another video of a peace of shit who happens to have a job as a cop. There are more good ones then bad and the bad should be gone.

          • Anonymous

Well, so. He shouldn’t of handled her like that. But when it comes to push and shove, we don’t know what she did in the result of having the cops called on her. Plus the video starts RIGHT when the cops starts man handling her. The media only shows you what they want you to see.. which makes you think how they want some to think.

I’m becoming a cop as well, and I know I’ll get a bad rap… so what..

          • Merlin.D.Wizzard

Bullshit. She should have listened to the teacher. If they have to call the cops, then, all bets are off. Whoop that trick. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rSPwvkQ0MvI

          • Byron Schroedel

She is no little girl, she is a young adult. She should have done as she was asked. She set the course and could have turned away at anytime. Quit making excuses for poor behavior.

          • Paris H. Redd

Police brutality is the wanton use of excessive force, usually physical, but also common in forms of verbal attacks and psychological intimidation, by a police officer.

          • Michael A. Kennedy

Because she’s black you think she automatically doesn’t deserve it and the cop was racist, talk about double-talk, you people make me fucking sick the way you pull the race card whenever you can, she was a disobedient kid, black or white or red or green, makes no difference, she should have listened. Period

          • That pig had a moment of supremacy over his victim. Yes, I call that racism while he being white and the child being colored. Some things you cannot just whitewash and then live in denial.

          • Paris H. Redd

“you people” interesting choice of words my friend, have you ever not listened? where you thrown across the room? didn’t think so.

          • Reggie Chandler

First, I never said she didnt deserve the treatment because she is Black. I did not say that at all. She didnt deserve the treatment, period. As I’ve followed the story, new information has surfaced, and as it turns out, the situation escalated when it didnt need to. Second, it’s unfortunate that you feel sick about us and the race card. We didn’t event it. Third, I find it disturbing that the dehumanizing actions of this officer don’t bother you. So, I don’t apologize for bringing race into this. I feel it’s a factor, even if it’s a small one. I can’t help but wonder how the officer would have treated a white girl. He may have done the same thing, or not. I don’t know. I just wonder that’s all….

          • how many families in your community have had their children taken away for discipline? It is against the law to discipline children in all of the states, in the manner that pig represented.

          • Devin Sykes

            lol

          • Samantha Noelle

He could grab her kindly, and taken her out. Then they could discipline her and have her parents punish her. If I see a police office do this to my child I would have slapped the heck out of the officer. No right to do this to my kid!!

          • AmandaG

Then you would BOTH be in jail for disorderly conduct and assault on a public servant. Wow! Way to lead by example.

          • Merlin.D.Wizzard

Lol. I know right. That is what happens when they don’t comprehend such a basic concept. Ignorance is bliss. Until you have a tazer stuck up your ass.

          • Samantha Noelle

It’s called defending my daughter. It is one thing to remove someone from a class room, and another thing to kick her out of her chair and grab her like an animal. I have no doubt in my mind this guy WILL lose his job. You will see.

          • Merlin.D.Wizzard

Nope. Not hearing that bullshit either. She should have left when asked. After that, she is refusing to comply and resisting arrest. All bets are off at that point. She should have listened. I bet she will listen next time.

          • hjfink07

Technically, You can’t be resisting arrest by refusing to comply. In order for you to be required to comply with “Peace” officers, you have to be detained or arrested. And there were no previous charges.

          • that will have you in jail. Discipline is a small line of the state taking your child and you in county lock up.

          • Patrick Desormiers

she had her cell phone out and refused to hand it to the teacher. wow what a reason to throw a kid around like a rag doll. fell like an idiot yet ? you should

          • Merlin.D.Wizzard

No one said not to discipline your child. That is the problem. No one takes accountability. It is the parents fault for raising a hoodlum. Don’t worry. The cops have PLENTY of bullets. They will handle it for you when you fail as a parent. The cemetery is full of people who didn’t have to listen.

          • Paris H. Redd

and you know she was a “hoodlum” how? funny you use that word and she’s black ..

          • Patrick Desormiers

it’s the parent’s fault for raising a hoodlum ? so she is a hoodlum by what reasoning ? because she is black or because she did not hand over her cell phone since that is the reason for this. now knowing why the idiot with a badge was called you feel like an ass yet ? you really should. i could see if it was for something major but for refusing to hand over her cell phone ?

        • Samantha Musgrave

The police should be trained and have the restraint from using unecessary force, otherwise dont be a cop. You have a bad day, so shoot and kill or throw a kid across the room? Thats bs.

          • Erin Anderson

That cop was picked on in high school. This is how that cop gets his revenge.

        • Devin Sykes

          Dam right

          • Merlin.D.Wizzard

You a cop whooper too huh? I call bullshit. Videos or it didn’t happen.

          • hjfink07

I reject the hierarchy. And I reject the need to show respect to authority, because i also reject authority. ACAB.

          • Devin Sykes

Lol never said that. You obviously a cunt. Definition; Cannot Understand Normal Thinking. Go get a beer out of your moms fridge think about your pathetic life and gtfo my comments. Bitch.

        • Samantha Noelle

She was asked to leave. He can take her out period. No need to this excessive force, and in fact, if I was there and this was my child I would have thrown a chair at the officer and slapped him. YUP!

          • Daniel Urenda

Then you have not taught your child respect for anyone.

          • Steve Zeitz

Why does this violent officer desrve any respect?

          • Erin Anderson

The cop was violent, the cop is the one that was the violent criminal.

          • Merlin.D.Wizzard

Sure you would. lol You just hard like that. Why don’t you go down to the police station and whoop a cops ass. Be sure to post videos so we can all see how bad you are.

        • Not only sue, but make sure those involved don’t live anywhere around me by them moving their ass out of my city now.

      • Merlin.D.Wizzard

Yep. Comply or die. What would you have done if that was your kid? A big old NOTHING. That’s what.

        • hjfink07

Are you supporting the police state?

    • ObiJuanKenobi

Also, the Supreme Court ruled in 2005 that officers have NO obligation to protect citizens, so stop believing and spreading that lie, thank you.

      • Glenda Sorensen Dockery

So you are held and gun point, your loved one is being beaten and raped, and your next, officer on scene doesn’t need to do anything but stand and watch or better yet, get in his/her car and drive away. Good for you. Glad you can handle all that alone.

        • Songbrook

ObiJuanKenobi is 100% right. They are NOT obligated to do anything. They can’t be prosecuted for doing just that…standing by or running away. Let me tell you a little true story about a guy that was stabbed multiple times by a killer the cops were “on the look out for”. The killer was known to be on a subway train. The cops were hiding out in the train operator’s cabin. The suspect came up, started an altercation with a guy. The guy took a number of stabbings, but got the killer subdued. THEN the cops bothered to come out of the booth and handcuffed him. Google “City Argues NYPD Had No “Special Duty” To Protect Subway Hero From Madman’s Rampage”. The hero’s name is Joseph Lozito.

        • Steve Zeitz

WTF does gun, rape or beaten have to do with any of this? Quit spreading your evil hate. It is repugnant.

    • blindjustice

What planet do you live on? She was not pulled out of the chair. He flipped her over backwards and then picked her up and threw here across the room. So now its their jobs to throw kids across the room. Did you see her exhibit any threatening behavior. Who was he protecting. Who are these morons running these schools.

      • Glenda Sorensen Dockery

I do not believe there is enough information in this short clip to be able to say that the officer did anything wrong. I see a child, holding herself down to the chair, when he tries to pull her to her feet, she grabs the desk and the momentum of both send her over. You do not have enough information to say anything one way or the other about this. You can blindly follow the masses that say all cops are brutes and using excessive force. I hope one day that you do not need an officer trained to use force to save YOUR life or that of YOUR families. They are hero’s! One bad apple in a basket does not make all the apples BAD!

        • José João

Did not you see the same video that we saw ? The girl didnt have a knife when that bastard coward, violently assaulted her. In my country if there is a video of a situation like this against a child, the person is arrested, police or not.

        • Songbrook

I won’t ever need a cop to save my hide. I have firearms, I carry, and I KNOW how to handle them responsibly and effectively. It takes cops 45 minutes to get to my house, no matter how bad a situation is. I know. My training and my guns saved my ass once already. Told the dispatcher that I had three high-power rifles trained on two trespassers and they weren’t leaving, and I would blow their heads off if I HAD to. Still took cops 45 minutes to get here. Two weeks later they arrested one for raping three women. The other for drug selling. I kinda wish I’d have saved myself and fellow tax payers some $$$.

          • UNHOLY GOD

            bullshit

          • Songbrook

Really? Public records. If I thought you weren’t some kind of sick F#(k, I’d give you the dates and tell you to look it up. Tell you what. Here is a bone, Mr. Dog. Look up “Toney Robbins Rape Charges” and the date he raped the third woman was the day he signed for the registered letter from my lawyer which told him any contact from him or any trespass on my property would be dealt with in full accordance with the law (Castle Doctrine State). His excuse for raping her was ‘I was stressed out and had a bad day” or some B.S. like that. And yes, his name is spelled correctly there.

        • Steve Zeitz

You have written over a thousand words defending what you say there is not enough information to see what happened. Are you paid to do this? This cop is a brute. One person, not the masses, is saying this. And I am saying it about this cop.

        • alittlefuctedupummk

“The momentum”…..you’re really going to attribute that to the momentum? Let’s totally
forget the part where he throws her across the fucking room. You’re a special, delusional type of person, aren’t you?

      • Justin Holmes

So being punched in the face isn’t threatening behavior? Lmfao.

    • travus Leroux

who wasnt safe in this video? i agree cops have a bad reputation, but it’s not unwarranted. I am aware she was not getting out of that chair without being removed, for reasons unknown, but of all the ways that’s how he chooses to do it, in class no less?

      • Glenda Sorensen Dockery

So wait politely until class is over when she is the one disrupting the learning of the other students? What do YOU think should have been done. Keep in mind that in this thread, there is new information that she threatened the teacher with a knife. If your kid is sitting next to her, what do YOU want that officer to do? And yes, painting every officer with one brush is unwarranted. They are not all bad! Just like not every citizen is not bad, or every child. In any profession you will find someone who is: liar, thief, adulteress, wife abuser, husband abuser, rapist, etc, the difference is they are NOT in the spot light like a Police Officer.

        • travus Leroux

I apologize if i used any language that implemented all officers, i truly love and support our police. I did see the comment about the knife but i’m hesitant to believe a person on the internet just as i am hesitant to take this video at face value. If there was a weapon in play the officer could have done a better job protecting himself. I’d advocate he should not engage without support, he could have seriously and needless been hurt. His saftey and that of the class should be as much of a concern as hers, had she fought back as she was being removed she could have hurt another student or teacher. Personally i would like to believe i’d asked the class to wait outside for a moment if i was going to forcefully remove someone especially assuming she is armed.

        • Songbrook

If there WAS a weapon involved, WHY were those kids still in the same room with her? WHY were they not sent to the office for their own safety? If I had a student in my classroom threatening anyone, I would immediately clear my room of all the other students.

        • Devin Sykes

He wasn’t too worried about the knife when he was throwing her around the room. And flipping her and the entire desk. We see abusive police videos weekly and that abuse is on grown men and women. You really ok with this dude throwing a little girl around bruh?? bruhhhhhhhhh

          • Merlin.D.Wizzard

Yeah. I am okay with it. She should have obeyed the teacher first of all. If they have to call the cops because your kid is fucking up. That is your fault. Bruh. It is a simple matter of shitty parents raising shitty kids. Bruhhhhhh.

          • Devin Sykes

Smh so your niece or maybe your own daughter was being a disrespectful little shit and the cop threw her around you are ok with that? Yes obey the teacher and the cop wouldn’t have been called but the actions the cop took were wayyyyyyy out off ffuuucccckkkkiiinnnggg line. She like 100lbs less than this trained man. Yes she prolly has shitty parents, but that cop was way out of line. If that was my niece i’d club him the head with mag light. Parenting aint got nothing to do with this man treating this little girl like she was a man. FUCKKKKEEDDDDD UPPP. Bruhhhhhhh. fucking cunt.

        • QuantumVirus

You know this is an undercover cop right?

        • Steve Zeitz

Where is this knife? Wjhy are you making post after post about how you are waiting for an investigation when you are personally the one spreading lies and diluting the water? Stuff your hatred where it belongs.

        • Guy Grimsley

You are a liar there was no knife involved it was a cell phone umm.. I forget remind me , how many people have been killed by a cell phone? That’s right zero, now tell me how many people have been killed by over zealous cops?

    • xxNJ

Facts showed on the video that the student wasnt doing ANYTHING. Kids will be kids, immature with attitudes and stubborn. So hell yea I’m judging the damn cop for this! It was unnecesary. He automatically put her in a choke hold position and you’re defending him as right? Lol. Pathetic.

      • AceHinter

you realize the video is edited. if you cant see that you have no right to spread even more hate for the people who protect you and others. throw you in Somalia see how long you last where there is no goverment

        • Steve Zeitz

Did they use CGI to fool use into believing that cop was so rough? Or maybe he wasn’t even there? What do you think was edittted out that justifies this?

      • Ushxudn

Also pretty sure choke holds have been outlawed and police are no longer allowed to use them because of how dangerous they are.

    • Samantha Musgrave

She is a CHILD. Regardless if she got up or didnt, children often dont listen. Throwing her across the room like that is completely unecesary.

      • Glenda Sorensen Dockery

A CHILD can do just as much damage as an adult. She is a full grown child from what I see. Do you know if she has a weapon? Do you know what she said to get in trouble in the first place? The facts are not in this “edited” video. The people that have these videos edit them to show what they want, not the truth. I will wait for the investigation.

        • Saad Bhatty

The fact that you even mentioned she might had a weapon, just shows how gay and bullshit the American culture is with weapons. 9/11 killed 3000 people and they go to war and completely fuck up another country, yet american police kill more of their people than terrorists do. Always comes back to GUNS.

          • Steven Spencer

            PREACH!!!

          • Michael A. Kennedy

Bullshit I love what comes out of ignorant people mouths, just shows we are right all along

          • hjfink07

9/11 killed 5000, But Hiroshima and Nagasaki MURDERED 200,000. Fucking hell.

        • Devin Sykes

What in the flying fuck is a full grown child?? Really? Thought it went babies toddlers pre teens teenagers to adulhood. Grown child my dude lmao

          • Michael A. Kennedy

I know grown children, my nephew is only a freshmen and is 6-4″ & 265 and would kick your as s.

          • Devin Sykes

lol still makes no fucking since dude. That just makes him a big child. And ight heres my number 812-621-2298 bitch.

        • davidus

Her “weapon” was her mobile phone, and looking at this clips i fully understand why she didnt want to let it go….

        • Steven Spencer

So if a cop tells your child to move and they don’t, they then have the right to throw your child across the room? Comply or die, right?

        • Steve Zeitz

Shut up about investigation. There are no words that a child could say to justify this.

        • Henry Carmona

          wrong

        • Nick Nitro

Yep she can be a real threat to a cop with a gun, a taser, and pepper spray. All 5 ft 90lbs of her could have really hurt him badly. Your comments lead me to believe your an LEO or are married to one. Hope no cop assaults your child, I guess she deserved it right?

        • Patrick Desormiers

yes Glenda she refused to hand her cell phone over is how all this started. wow what a reason to throw a child around.

      • Merlin.D.Wizzard

Nah. She got exactly what she was asking for. It says she is a high school student. If she doesn’t know to respect authority by now, she never will. Whoop that trick.

        • Jamal

You must be kidding n making fun of everyone here or you are just a ignorant asshole no different from a common street tug, wish someone would kid your ass for no reason and then see if you still feel the same way. Post your address I’ll hook you up.

        • hjfink07

“respect authority” Merlin’s code for Comply with the Police State.

    • Bertie

Are you saying that this is an acceptable way to handle a child? Yes the child should have done what was requested but the abuse that occurred is not right would this be okay for your child to be handled in this way. If you teach a child violence this is what they will model. I am judging the officer because his behaviour is totally unacceptable.

    • Reggie Chandler

Let’s see how you would feel if this were YOUR child being thrown across the room. I bet you would be quick to judge then.

      • UNHOLY GOD

my child wouldn’t be even in that position

        • Bigtwinone

You don’t know what position your child would be in. There isn’t any reason to justify the handling of a person that way, let alone a young child.

        • Reggie Chandler

          Of course he/she wouldnt… :-/

    • Devin Sykes

lol big homie thats a lil girl, 14 maybe 15. He threw her around like a fucking man, if it was me or my lil brothers in that situation thats a lil different, we grown ass men you mouth off you get your eye dotted( or thrown around the room like a 45 lb weight) . I don’t give a fuck if she spit on the teacher, shit in the principal’s coffee, slapped the lunch lady and then lastly refuses to get up out her chair, she’s a female and regardless of what her actions were the officers actions were completely out of hand. That’s the worst example of a police officer tryna do his “job” com on man you watched the video

    • Jason Pigott

dont be ridiculous she’s a child, get your moral compass checked out, what you just witnessed in that video was child abuse on a grand scale

    • Rainford Cornish

It would be rather interesting to see what Glenda would have said had that been her child thrown to the floor like a rag doll. I have been a teacher for over 20 yrs and there’s still no reason to call a cop on a seemingly disruptive student. It says something about the managerial control the teacher has over his class.

    • Michael El Shaddai Seward

Thats not the problem. Thats somebodys child hes throwing around like that. As a police officer, how would you like it if I was to go in schools and throw your child out of her seat. Huh?

    • Nick Nitro

The Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled that police officers at all levels of the government have no duty to protect the citizens of this country.

It is the job of police officers to investigate crimes and arrest criminals.

We are on our own for protection.

While we are quite sure most police officers will help someone in need when required, just remember the next time you feel you might need protection that police officers have no duty to provide that to you.

    • Merlin.D.Wizzard

The teacher told her to leave. She thought she didn’t have to listen. She was incorrect in that assumption. I would say add trespassing to the charges, expel her from school, and then go after the parents.

    • Brian Moore

Or the pig couldve decided that his wishes we’re not going to be realized and admitted defeat. But in this country, you comy or it’s a fucking bullet to the face, while idiots like you support them. Makes me ashamed to be american knowing crazy rightwing ideals are accepted like this.

      • Michael A. Kennedy

Why admit defeat? Are you really that fucking stupid? I hope someone attacks someone you love and when the cops come and tell them to stop and they don’t, maybe they should”admit defeat” and let it happen

        • Brian Moore

Its a child. I bet u beat your kids. Sad how ur so brainwashed by police state usa

    • This is by far the most logical response — police have work to do. I don’t know the full story to this video, but if she was being evicted and THEN REFUSES. You will use force the get that person out. In some respect she was trespassing.

People seem to act against the authorities and when they are shown the force, they whinge and whine how they got abused:

Just follow the fking rules. I have never been in trouble because of that! Question it? Sure? But at the end of the day….. they have a job to do and you have a responsiblity as a citizen as well. Be it child or adult.

  • Glenn

    Compliance.

    • sarahm59

He exceeded the force necessary to gain compliance and if he was trained properly should know less aggressive methods to attain it.

  • wayne pannabecker

Why didn’t the girl just get up? Did she tell the cop to “FUCK OFF”, I wasn’t there, so I cannot say who was right and who was wrong. These videos are now being edited to make cops look bad. I know there are cases where everything is right there on tape, but sometimes it’s not. We have laws and they must be followed, otherwise no one is safe.

    • SoSayethTheBored

I wasn’t there either, but I suffered through enough classes with “students” like this to have a general impression of what went down.

    • ObiJuanKenobi

Who cares if she did tell him to fuck off, hes a grown man, supposedly anyway.

      • wayne pannabecker

respect your elders,,, I guess not in your house.

  • Guy Grimsley

Well I certainly can’t decipher who was right or wrong in this video what I do know is the cop wanted to assert his authority and did so in a violent way. I can not believe that there was not a more peaceful way to handle a disruptive child in this case. If not the police seem to need more and better training than seems to be the case here. They are to protect and serve, not to injure and damage physically and mentally.

    • Barbara Janelle Baker

I know if I were to put my hands on my children i would be arrested and they would go to foster care because that’s child abuse

      • travus Leroux

Well next time you think your child truly deserves a whooping, call 911 apparently they’ve figured out a way to make child abuse lawful

      • Guy Grimsley

Yes and what this cop did is much worse than child abuse on just her but every other child in that class that violence is the way to “getter done”. 300 hundred pounds and needs to resort to being a thug in uniform to a little girl.

    • Christine Johnson

The Girl was asked twice to leave after Disrupting School, By the Teacher and by Administration. It was after that, that they sent for the Officer. The officer asked her to stand up she refused and he made her get up and she fought against him, and that’s what happens. People need to realize that you are the only one accountable for your actions. Sick of these brats thinking they can do what ever they want and then cry because of the consequenses.

      • Steve Zeitz

Um, you are sick of which “brats”?

      • Guy Grimsley

If you are a 300 pound man and can’t peacefully perform you duties without initiating violence , you need to find a job like in the Marines or something because you don’t have the brains or the disposition to be around people.

  • Barbara Janelle Baker

That is child abuse hands down if a parent were to use this method for discipline they would be arrested and their children sent to foster care because it’s child abuse

    • blindjustice

Don’t you just love those double standards. You can’t raise your hand to your kid but a community paid thug can beat them to death or shoot them for failing to comply. This country is so fucked up.

  • Daniel Urenda

Well apparently they don’t video what started this whole process….the teacher nor the classmates are trying to interfere so the student must have been wrong in doing something…..just get out of your seat and you nor the cop will end up on video….

  • Dave McGrath

She should have left class when the teacher told her to, she should have gotten up when the cop told her to. The cop shouldn’t have used that much force on a peaceful protester. They are both wrong.

    • Kissana

no she shouldn’t have. there is a reason kids who don’t follow orders without question are more successful in adulthood than those who do.

  • Fatcat André Gravel

Who is this fucking cop ? Hopefully ANONYMOUS will react

  • Prolly Talmbout Choo

    That’s called WINNING: Cop 1, Student 0.

  • Prolly Talmbout Choo

Den she be screamin “Aaay,…le’me go! You cain’ do dista me…Ize th’ Merican an I has rights’n sheet! Acorn promiss me a haas. I ain got no haas. Where Jesse? Where Al? I needs a Bama phone ana jaab or sump’n. Whu’bout sum dat ol’ gubmint cheese or foo stams or whateva like dat! Where my grip?
    Gi’me stuff. Dimmi-dat naah! Das whudda’fuh I be talm bout,…sheeeet!

  • Chaka Likes Fire

I’m just glad the cop made it back home safely to be with his family and friends.

  • Whiskey Brain

Maybe she should have acted right.

  • Way out of line!! But……
Instead of trying to film everything to ruin cops’ careers, how about show this type of stuff as a warning video, as to what happens when you don’t listen to cops.

  • Mark LaRue

Anyone that thinks the cop was justified in his actions are assholes! What happened to tolerance and patience? Yall are as sick as the cop!

    • AceHinter

hmmm no not really. i think you should realize the curcumstances just by what you can see. run down school is probably not the safest place. i lived in a mostly white neighborhood the school was mostly white. a kid tried to pull a knife out on someone and the same thing happened to him, no one cared because they couldnt call the cop racist or an asshole considering the kid had a knife. no one recorded it because they knew people wouldnt care because it didnt happen to be a black kid so they can paint all cops as racists

  • Ruby Ellen London

Damn I hope she and her family sues the school district and the city and win. I think those subjected to watch this should get involved in the lawsuit, that is traumatizing, you shouldn’t be subjected to feeling helpless an trauma from hired help!

  • idris muhammed

White Privilege people comments doesn’t have any value. When it comes to this ”KEEP IT TO YOURSELF” First of all keep your hands to yourself Pig ass raciest. White officers don’t have anything else to do but insult blacks its lots of crime to be fought. Serving the laws is not brutality toward a person that isn’t a threat. This was a
    coward act.

    • AceHinter

that is a bull shit statement. Because the person was distrupting class happened to be black oh he is racist. not like he had protocols to follow. or the fact they probably had to do some pretty fucked up shit to get an officer to do that. believe me when i say this video is highly edited to show you some bull shit. if you where there or could ask the people there im 90% sure he would end up being justified in his actions. now there is a chance he is a “pig ass racist” but you really should not jump to conclusions considering the fact all you could see was his actions and nothing leading to that point

  • toobored54

If she was disruptive and told to leave the classroom, why didn’t she get up and leave? None of this would have happened if she had done what she was told to do.

    • asus4000

Because leftie enablers keep telling them to misbehave and they’ll get paid.

  • Anika Glover

See this is some bull!! If a person handled my child this way I promise he would not live to even stand before a judge! No matter how unruly this child was and I’m not saying or condoning her to be right but he was wrong all the way, there are no ands, it’s, or buts about this. This officer has been in more situations then just this one. Those children are sitting there like this is normal because, maybe they are used to seeing this officer handle their schoolmates this way!! This is nothing new to them so, that’s says a lot about this man. If my child is being this unruly, which they won’t, but call me and I promise they will get right with just a conversation on the phone with me. The parents of this child needs to take this matter and get some justice for this cause this is truly uncalled for!!! Smh

  • shauna

IF THIS WAS MY KID ?????? I would beat the fuckin shit out of her for starting shit in the first place AND THEN I would beat the shit out of her AGAIN for NOT LISTENING to the officer …..YUP THATS RIGHT …. R E S P E C T learn it live it use IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • lindsey carter

The video does not show what led up to this cops actions. I’m a neutral party! But I will say that he really didn’t need to be aggressive in the manor he was. I do believe he was out of line. There are much better ways of handing kids who are being “disruptive”. Officers need better and more training when dealing with children, teens and just people in general. I have had my fair share of interactions with the police. Most cops are good when dealing with the public and others just take advantage of their badge!!!!
If she didn’t want to get up or whatever, there was NO need to use that type of force!!!!!! Obviously the child has some problems and cops now a days need to start putting this into consideration. So basically that cop shouldn’t be stationed in a school and should be put back in school to be educated in dealing with problematic kids!!!

  • Robert Bist

first off i dont like defending police actions but its not like he just randomly showed up at the school and decided to

need to stop using terms such as he attacked the student, tha implies that the student was doing nothing wrong

  • DasCentralScrutinizer

Yeah, I would have picked her up in the desk and took her out into the hall desk and all. Then whooped her ass.

  • David Ross

As a 51-year old black man I have no problem with the actions of the police officer. Secondly, I would suggest this is what happens when young black women (and men) grow up in households that are void of positive black role model father figures. You get a lack of self respect and respect for authority. Thirdly, what is greatly disappointing to me is the fact there was a black male teacher who was too worried about is $27K per year job, to take control of his class and the situation with the young female and discipline her himself. Personally, if she were disrupting my classroom and acting disrespectfully, I would have gotten her mother or father on the phone (didn’t have cells phones in my day) and advised the parent of the situation and had the parent speak to the child directly, and I would have informed the parent that if she/he were unable to convince the young lady to stop the disrespectful disruptions, then I would be taking matters into my own hands to remove her from my classroom and I would have dealt with the procedural fallout thereafter. Black men in these situations should not act as this teacher did, like a wimp.

Clearly, I would bet good money there is a no strong authoritative black male father figure in her home. But again, I have no problem with the action of the officer. When you act lack in inhuman animal in public, then, you deserve to be treated as such by law enforcement and other persons of authority whom are charged with the task of keeping the peace.

    • asus4000

Thanks David. It’s nice to see sanity and logic for a change..

  • Missthalie

“it appears that…” if the cop says put your hands behind your back, it’s not because you were just sitting there minding your own business. There’s more to the story and what you’re seeing can be interpreted in so many ways.

  • Merlin.D.Wizzard

Teach your kids to act right and respect authority and stuff like this won’t happen. Lucky she didn’t get tazed.

  • Merlin.D.Wizzard

We’re not against rap. We’re not against rappers. We ARE against those thugs. lol Beat that bitch’s ass.

  • Dana Ruiz

well it was a school atmosphere therefore they were summoned so the truth lies in the niggas actions that were not filmmed go OFFICER

  • K. Rodrigues

Maybe she should do as she was told! Did anyone ever try that. Keep making excuses for your children to disrespect their teachers, the law and their fellow students and see how that works out for you. This makes me sick. Not the cop…You parents who enable your children to act like this. The school would not have had to call the police if the belligerent child had done as they asked.

  • Matthew Deprest

could have called in one more cop and used all that aggression to carry her out while still in her desk dont ya think

  • chazzmother

These same filthy racists would be going apeshit if anyone did this to a dog or animal, but a child of color deserved it. First and foremost white children are more “free spirited”, “defiant” and “expressive” yet if anyone treated their ‘ill-mannered” kids like this they’d be lawyered up so knock it off with the “if she weren’t so ghetto and disobedient this would have happened to her tug ass.” I wasn’t there, but she didn’t have a gun or a bomb so to have attacked her for not standing up as most children (who act like children) she didn’t deserved to be knocked down and dragged that way. Oh I keep forgetting the same people commenting that she deserved it would have probably stood and watched Emmit Till get mobbed and killed or rush from sunday service to watch a good ol sunday hanging. Yeah its all the same mindset. Racists hating devils. If you don’t see anything wrong with the way this was handled your child deserves this.

    • Michael A. Kennedy

If she was white and this happened they wouldn’t even report it! The mainstream media likes to keep civil unrest going by only showing what they want as to fuel the racist fire so they have more shit to report on

      • Michael A. Kennedy

Maybe we should just let blacks do whatever they want so we don’t hurt feelings.that’s like the Muslims and 9-11, stop being so fucking worried about hurting racial feelings, when it is fact that more of one type or colour or religion are doing the greater majority of the bad shit, you have to focus on that group, if 75 perfect of animal bits where from one type of animal, you would turn your attention toward animals of that type, so it’s the same with crime and violent assaults.until the black community tries to solve the problem themselves, we will have to carry on this way.blame yourself

        • chazzmother

hahahahahahah just let “blacks” hahahahahaha yeah. You made your point. Like I made mine. You sound like the animal your mother raised. I’m sure you have a kid with your sister.

        • Paris

you’re comparing races to animals? seriously? it’s not about a race but about being brutal and inhumane, it’s the fact that she’s a HUMAN being who deserves not to be thrown around like a rag doll, she is a HUMAN who deserves justice, a HUMAN who deserves equality, and a HUMAN who deserves RESPECT.

    • asus4000

Actually this happened to me, and I’m white. Except there was no cop because I listened and respected the teacher, so it never came to that or any violence whatsoever because I’m not a snot enabler looking to get paid.

      • Michael A. Kennedy

        Amen

        • chazzmother

Who are you saying amen to Satan? hahaha because your thinking is warped. Racist idiot.

      • chazzmother

Well apparently it didn’t happen to you. Were you dragged by an officer? Do you know the circumstances? Its your White thinking that confuses the facts. Because you don’t know them. The fact he attacked her and the FBI is involved proves “he” not she was wrong. The fact she didn’t comply didn’t warrant his abuse.

        • asus4000

          Whoosh….

  • Garry

Another piece of shit copper, those are kids and that is noway to treat a young lady!

  • asus4000

Lefties keep enabling bad behavior and getting people hurt. Why was the cop standing in the classroom? Badly behaved human. In my day kids respected teachers and cops and it didn’t come to this. Now enablers keep telling badly behaved lefties that it’s okay and they can and should disrespect others because they’ll get paid big cash for it. That said, the cop probably got his ego hurt and overreacted.

  • Marximus Stylus

What a bunch of potential slaves I find commenting on this site page. So we are not allowed to use any force while raising our kids to make them good, obeying children for the fear of losing them to child services, but the cops can just throw them around like a deer in crocodiles jaws?

  • Erin Anderson

    Police brutality.

  • john

Way to edit the video to your advantage. Where is what happened before the officer arrived?

  • chazzmother

hahahahahaha yeah it was edited. That helps justify his behavior. Shacking my head. Ugh…

  • heather

While I have no idea exactly what happened…. if she had been a perfect law abiding student/citizen… why would a POLICE OFFICER be in that classroom arresting her? Do some of you ask yourself this? Or did you just think that this cop woke up, got dressed, walked into a random school and classroom, seen an innocent girl sitting there minding her own business and learning as she is supposed to and thought “thats the one I am going to enforce police brutality on- bc its not like there is any type of media on cops beating on black ppl right now”? Again, I honestly dont know what caused this arrest, but she DID do something bad enough to have the police called on her. She is NOT as innocent as these videos are claiming. Perhaps he used too much force… but we dont know what he was arresting her for either, so perhaps he didnt. Before we start spinning this out of control and turning it into another race war, why dont we as people figure out all the facts AND then (get this now) accuse correctly, judge correctly, convict correctly. Sounds like a pretty good plan to me. 🙂

    Sincerely,
The out of the box thinker!

  • James

Yea … When yall gonna show when she was asked to get off her phone and stop disrupting class by the teacher….. Principal … And officer before she decided she was above the law… If she acts like this at school I wonder how she acts at home and on the streets..
The parents should be held responsible as well…
How about child control not gun control people!!!
If this were my son being a dickhead at school… I would kick whip his ass with my belt when I got to the school!!
Show the whole fuckin story before you post this shit!

  • Kay Cey

In reality there was no need for it to go this far! Even tho she was disrupting the class that done mean shit, just suspend her ass or expelled her!! But to call this fucking pig to the class and to lay his hands on her the way he did he had no right to do that because she did nothing ilegal, these cops are literally abusing there power and taking the law into there hands and this has to stop!!!

  • Bryan Conner

honestly everyone wants to defend the girl and im sorry have you seen the attitudes these kids have now a days like damn this is unbelievable they think they are entitled to everything and are never wrong i was standing behind a 17 y/o girl in taco bell yesterday and they got there freezes and they guy filled them up fine and the girl started to get an attitude with the cashier b/c she didnt think they were properly filled and was like im a taco bell expert i cant lie i want to smack the words out of her mouth so what if this girl got thrown she had it coming with the attitude she was giving him

    • Paris H. Redd

a girl at taco bell? really? was that this girl? no did you slap that girl? no should that girl have been thrown?no.

  • Don Mackay

It doesn’t matter what they edited, there is no reason on earth for a full grown male adult to physically assault an adolescent female, sitting in a chair, in a non aggressive state, none, not one, sorry.that cop was a DICK and should be not only fired but have criminal assault charges brought against him.

  • Baby Daddy

I hope the cop didn’t injure her baby.

  • Jo

I hope she googles the name Karl Lentz and learns how to make a claim against the man acting as police officer. It will be the last time he ever does this again.

  • Guy Bagsby

@ teamSAF……… love to see your-excuse if it were YOUR mom, sis, or family member !!! lol
    yeah……..you sound RIDICULOUS !!

  • Jamerax

    Whole story or NO story.

  • David Frost

The girls age was never given, and judging by her classmates, she could be 18. In the beginning of the video the officer also says, “Come on. Let me get you up,” there is obviously more to the case than this site and the videos are providing. For all we know she could be a criminal. The media is just preventing us from seeing the entire story.

  • Teresa Ferguson

Do what your told and you will avoid a good ass whoopin , Didnt your parents teach you that ? these cops have more serious issues to deal with but no they have to come to a school and try and get trouble making brats out of class. (Get your ass out of the chair and walk out or get your ass whooped) They dont have time for kids that have no respect . These cops that you guys hate so much fight for there own lives everyday while trying to protect our lives. There are more serious problems going on in the world then some trouble making brat getting yanked out of her chair. She brought it on herself if you cant deal with the consequences then learn how to act civil .

  • Old Man Yells At Cloud

That my friends is straight up assault.

  • Old Man Yells At Cloud

    Just Follow the herd…

  • Jerry Day

Don’t follow the rules you simply suffer the consequences. That simple.

  • TreAnthony

The simple solution to this is to find Ben Fields and his momma and do the exact same thing to them as he did to this girl…

  • Kevin

Peaceful student. Yup. The officer had nothing better to do so he drove by the school, unannounced, picked out a “peaceful student” an went on the attack. Oh wait, first he made sure it was a black “peaceful student.”
You guys are a joke, and a bad one at that.

    • Bigtwinone

So that justifies his reaction? You appear to not care about the girl, but the officer faith concerns you?

  • She should have gotten up when she got asked.

    • Bigtwinone

So she could assist him in using excessive force on her. Or just to make her situation better, now that the police are here to treat her with respect and dignity.

  • 2broke4 her

this wouldnt even be a news report, if it was a black cop, arresting a black girl, doing the same thing!

    • Bigtwinone

It wouldn’t to you. But it would to the rest of us. This appears to be something you find interesting, so you are making it newsworthy.

  • Joyce Washburn

It doesn’t matter what color any of them are. What matters is how this was handled. And the cop should of never handled it the way he did.

  • Tiger_tho

She could have at least got up, and continued her disobedience in the hall, the whole situation was disrupting the class which isn’t very fair to the other students who are there to get educated. Also if you notice she does slap away at the officer, which i think caused the rise in aggression, but he took it a bit to far by flipping her, but i guess i cant really imagine him dragging her by the wrists, because she refuses to co-operate.

  • Mr. Wrestling III

The teacher should be fired for allowing the assault to occur. He has a duty to protect the children in his classroom. For shame!

  • Rakkasan mom

While I do agree there are some cops who do use excessive force and in this case I do believe this cop could have handled it differently, but little girl??? Seriously?? The article makes it sound like she was a small 5 year old child. This girl was a teenager, she was being disruptive to the class, both the teacher and administrator called for the officer’s help, if she wouldn’t have been disrupting the class to begin with they would not have needed to call for the officers assistance. When he tried to remove her from her chair she slapped him, in turn that is when he used force to remove her. Kids now days have NO respect for authority figures what so ever, including teachers, principles, cops, etc. We can’t forget there are many good cops out there who put their lives at risk each day to protect us. Let’s not be so quick to judgement, this girl was not little and she has a full blown attitude and lack of respect.

    • Paris

i would defend myself too if i were being dragged out of my seat, wouldn’t you?

      • musikgirla

This is what happens if there are no cops around: https://www.facebook.com/KeithKuder/videos/807817232611398/

        • Paris

with a female petite student and a fairly large sized male teacher? sure that’s what was happening when she was sitting peacefully in her chair

      • Rakkasan mom

First off, she had NO respect for any type of authority!!! And No I wouldn’t have because I have respect for those in authority. You apparently have not seen all of the video’s!! She punched and slapped him before he drug her out of her seat. He asked her to leave the classroom and she struck him, that’s when he tried pulling her out. She should have been arrested for striking an officer.

        • Parks Curtis

          WILL BE NEEDING 5 MILLION DOLLARS FOR P T S D … LOL

        • Paris

so a supposedly TRAINED officer DRAGS a FEMALE student out of her seat because of course she’s such a threat and was so much bigger than him huh? of course you wouldn’t defend yourself you’d let him do it and while you’re at it you’d probably ask him to do it again.

          • Rakkasan mom

No it would have never gotten that far to begin with. When the teacher asked me to put my phone away, that I was distracting class, I would have have respect for my teacher and put my phone away. Unlike this girl, she didn’t, she laughed and kept on. The whole thing could have been avoided if the girl had any respect for authority…bottom line! I’m not condoning the handling of the situation by the officer but I am not supporting the girl’s behavior by no means!!!

  • Christopher Poole

Another attempt to make cops look bad! Note to everyone! As “Awful” as this may seem, the video was edited to show the parts where the student was being dragged forcefully, what was left out was her not complying to leave the room when the teacher had told her to do so, and was therefor pulled out by force. I know for a fact that this cop won’t be facing charges for the student should have listened. Why does it take force from an officer for a student to listen and do as they’re told? They have no obligations to act like they are everything and everything they say will be followed by. If you are doing something wrong, as they teacher will call you out for and demand you leave, then obviously you are in the wrong, not the cop. This crap has got to stop. Kids need to grow up and quit acting like they are a King from the Renaissance ages! And if I, a 17 year old student alike many others, is realizing that this is sad, then there has to be an obvious change. Right away.

  • JustwhatIseen

If you turn up the volume of the first video you can hear the cop ask her to get up out of her seat. At that point it becomes resisting and the cop tried to get her our of the chair. When he does you can see she tenses up and fights it. Again that is resisting, cop did what was needed to be done with a non compliant person. Just because she is a child doesn’t mean he doesn’t have the right to do his job. Pretty soon we are going to have cops just walking by situations because they don’t want to end up getting in trouble for doing their job.

    • Paris

so throwing her out of her seat then putting his knee in her back is what was needed? and because she is a child means that the amount of force needed to take down a grown man double that cops’s size isn’t the amount of force needed to take her down, what he did wasn’t doing his job it was neglecting it and abusing it.

    • Bigtwinone

She wasn’t under arrest, so it cannot be consider resisting arrest. This was not a stop on the street. This was at a school. He didn’t mirandize her. Stop the ignorant laymen banter you’re attempting to use to justify this. This is not his first time being in trouble using excessive force.

    • Justin Holmes

Right after he tells her “Let’s go” she punches him in the face. That’s why his demeanor changed so quickly and he restrained her. If she didn’t hit him she would have just been escorted out. Now she’s going to be charged for assaulting an officer.

  • Chris Sparling

i do not know what started this. as it only starts the video when the cop used force. but she hardly looked like she was a threat. hence excessive force. but i am sure the force will be written off as justified. cops backing cops. fucking horrible bullshit. cops need to be held to a higher standard as they are in a position that they have power over others.

Thats the difference between this generation and mine: RESPECT is LEARNED, not earned. Its taught by your parents, you LEARN to respect your teachers, your elders, your government officials, because they worked hard to get there.

        • Bigtwinone

Respect is based on self-respect. If you develop self-respect as you grow older, you will learn to respect others as well. It is based on discovering value in yourself, your actions, your way of life and being able to notice and value the similar things in others. Its natural for you to respect someone you admire but you’re taught to respect people of higher status. In my opinion, you earn natural respect and you learn respect for other socioeconomic status. You have to earn respect from me, just because you learned respect doesn’t mean you earned it in my regards. I can’t speak on generational gaps, but that’s the difference between you and I!

  • Kathy Thompson Franklin

    WHAT THE HELL!!!
What difference does it make what got edited? bottom line, a peace officer who is supposed to keep THE PEACE just taught a classroom full of kids, what? today’s lesson boys and girls is that if you don’t get what you want by asking nicely snatch your girl up out of the chair and throw her across the room ( bitch ganna mind today) So Keep up the good work officer Ill bet that lil girl never talks back again!!!

  • madd_rapper

pussy as teacher, he got a bald head and aint do SHIT., it took one of his female students to speak up and out on her fellow classmates, “so are yal not gonna get this on snapchap??” did u see how everyone tried to look the other way? wtf!!!!

  • Dan

For those of you who think this was excessive. You are part of the problem yourself. We all like to jump on the bandwagon by saying this is some BIG BAD cop but, being a teacher myself, I feel that this criminal nature is exactly the culture and mentality that we are breeding in our students. They are entitled, they are privileged and these days they can get away with murder. How hard is it to do not what one adult says but two adults? Just get up and leave the class when asked. Obviously, there is a reason why you are being asked to leave.

No, instead. They have no consequences. They can do what they want, when they want. They are disrespectful, lewd, indecent and out of hand. When a cop is called. It is his job the correct the situation to the best of his ability. If you did not like the peaceful approach given to you by your teacher, or the second attempt by the officer. Perhaps, you need a physical one to help get the message across. Get up and leave the classroom. You are completely right, she is not an adult, why oh why is it okay for her to act like one then? If she can refuse to do what two adults are asking of her, she is knowingly accepting the consequences.

  • D’Rox

shes a kid unless she hit him, and then say down, what words could possibly be said to hurt that big ole mans ego.. my son has special needs i was called in my child was feaked in handcuffs, he was trying to leave school they had 1 child and 5 adults 2 cops they had (the teachers) restrained him on many occasions ,and called me immed. this time they waited 1, 45 minutes to call tried, TRIED to prosecute him, because my son was swearing at the cop for being held down.. the court system realized he is in a center based school a school for kids w/disabilities and they broke his rights, the school, by not holding a Manisefrarion of determination review, to see if his behavior was due to his disorder or not.. he has nothing not even a police report on his record WARREN michigan police so kiis mayy ass Neil Rockwell school mISD michigan.. they dragged my child across the carpe, the cop told me hed handcuff a down syndrome or autistic child,he didn’t care.. this is real.. Needless to say, my child no longer attends that school, who had him 4 levels behind, he is now back up to grade 7 doing college prep classes, and is happy it has been one year later..

  • Incar Kaboom

You know why nobody attends the policeman’s ball anymore? Because they don’t have balls anymore!

  • Justin Holmes

“The video shows the girl sitting down and doing nothing aggressive. Suddenly the cop throws her like a wet dish rag out ofthe chair and onto the ground.”

Lmfao. You guys are fucking stupid. The girl socked the cop in the face and assaulted him first. Completely justified.

  • Kathy Thompson Franklin

So Justin, ur ganna have to share that shit your smokin because it does not show that at all but even if it did shes a lil girl and that much force was un called for

    • Justin Holmes

It shows it plain as day in the fucking video. He tells her to “lets go” and she back hands him in the face with her left hand.

  • Kathy Thompson Franklin

Again Justin yes this was an unruly child who definitely needed to be punished but
come on now you dint think he used a lil bit to much force here, Shes a little girl

    • Justin Holmes

She assaulted an officer which is a crime. After assaulting him, he tries to detain her and she resists. Pulling her from the chair across the room may have been a little forceful, but that’s her fault for hitting him. Instead of simply being escorted out, she’s now going to get charged. She’s a teenage girl of at least 14. She’s old enough to know better not to assault people. Not a “little girl”

#1 did he hurt the girl? i cant tell from the viseo #2 what did she do to make the officer come for her? #3 did she do something ACTUALLY WRONG? or did the teacher get mad at her for no good reason? #4 did they try to tell her to get up or out of the room before using force? #5 was there a better less painful way to get her out of the classroom #6 this must’ve been scary. And i think it was wrong i think they could’ve tried a lot harder getting her friends and family to help before forcefully and physically taking her #7 im talking from experience as a girl whos been in a similar position… Things like thia stick with you…

  • Shermie Pie Yang

I don’t feel bad for her, nor her parents. If that were my child and she had the balls to push a cop when she was clearly in trouble, being arrested is the least of her problems. My children are taught to obey the law, and when they know they’re guilty of something, to admit fault. This obviously isn’t just an issue with the kid, but her parents as well. America seems to be getting soft, and turning things around the wrong way. Entitling the guilty, laying blame on society because of one’s choice to do nothing with their lives, creating ‘movements’ that disrupt the rest of society…and the list just goes on. It’s sicken really. We see something like this and everyone jumps from their seats pointing fingers. Yet, when we see videos of the same high school kids running around playing the ‘knock out’ game and attacking teachers, we sit back and laugh or just shake our heads. I can only imagine where our nation is headed years from now.

  • Jason

How would any of you handled it? Maybe to much force was used. But this is not the whole story or video so I’m not jumping to any conclusions like most of you. Altho I do know most of our youth don’t have to listen to any one of authority anymore because there is no way to make them listen when all they have to do is pick up a camera and say “try and make me” then the internet erupts into awww poor kid is being abused when they have no idea what’s going on except for the few second video they are being shown

  • Sheila Bishop

Obviously the video started AFTER the disruption occurred. Duh! Nobody knows how this girl was behaving beforehand and more than likely in this day and age the way kids act, she probably deserved to be handled the way she was. I know if my kid was being a douche in the classroom, this would probably get his AND everyone elses attention and maybe he would straighten the hell up! We all whine and complain that kids are out of control because our rights as parents have been taken away from us, then the second an authoritative figure handles them, it’s time for a lawsuit. Please!

  • buddy

if she was asked to leave then she should have left, what she needs to do is learn some RESPECT for her elders and the law.

  • B. Cornett

The subject was refusing cooperation. that can then lead to refusing arrest, which is why the cop had to be forceful. Notice the cop said “give me your hands” several times, not doing what the officer says when being detained is noncompliance. This forces the officer to take further measures within his power to take the subject into custody. Now let’s rewind a bit. The videos start only just before the subject was put on the ground, and notice in this process that the subject was holding on the the desk which is why it tipped over. Now what about the back story? The teacher asked the subject to leave the classroom several times, and the subject refused. You remember the papers the school makes you sign at the beginning of every school year? Yeah, it states that you will comply with all reasonable requests, including but not limited to leaving then classroom. Noncompliance got the subject into that mess in the first place and then made it worse later. Therefore, she has only herself to blame.

Any Cop anywhere on Earth tries to attack my child, I will hunt your sorry ass down outside of work and make sure you never see your children again, you might have guns but this firearm expert and former Army personnel from the British Army, would easily shoot dead any cop including their SWAT teams without failure, but I would love to smash this cop 10 times harder than he hit my daughter or any girl in front of me. Even here in London, when cops at protests try manhandle women, we step in and stop it in full army uniform and they step back. Since, they know we can and will without effort put them face first in the dirt. ACAB until the Cops return to working for the people, SERVING the people and NOT being scared of the people especially in America and Israhell. Well nothing will change.

Once again a “Non-Wealthy” white community member fulfilling a life long penchant for terrorizing black Americans. And this is another reason I STAND AND CLAP LOUDLY when I get news of one of these cowards being shot.

Not all cops are bad, not all teenagers are good. Being happy for the death of another human being is plainly unrational.

I take it none of you have been inside a city school lately??? are any of you teachers who have to be degraded on a day to day basis by ignorant heathens, who are raised by ignorant heathens that have given their kids no moral compass to go by? has no one here seen or herd of this game played by school kids called the knock out game?? google it..

Let’s do a social experiment: Let’s have 10 acres of land and put chicken wire around it. Then, lets put inside anyone who wants to do whatever they please. BUT, here’s the catch: You don’t get any food, you grow it yourself because the rest of us won’t pay for it, and you get to protect it from others, because you don’t like anyone telling you what to do, so there won’t be anyone to tell others either. You won’t have education, its a privilege you don’t recognize or care for. Then, if you get sick, you will rely on other people inside that maybe “feel” like helping you, but since there’s no education, good luck with healthcare. And then, lets throw some weapons, because everyone has the right to protect themselves. If you think this is stupid, let me tell you its the real life in some countries.

The black guy who stood there and said nothing should be reprimanded as well. He was either the teacher or the principal.

And I dont feel sorry for her, not a bit. Malala Yousafzai was shot in the head while trying to get an education. She was sixteen. But this girl and many other takes education for granted, and despise it???. NO, I dont feel sorry for her or any other that does not value the great gift they have.

This punk deserved what she got, maybe if she had a mother that cared about her education this wouldn’t of happened. Lack of discipline at home, lack of a father in the home and this is what you get.

For those of you who are saying that young girl is entirely at fault and is spoiled rotten, let me let you in on some news that was only just released. Her mother recently died, leaving her orphaned and put into foster care. She suffers from mental illness, and is on medication that keeps her more quiet and calm, a little too much so. The cop was called in because she was not participating in class and looking at her phone as well as refusing to leave, and the cop only should have escorted her out of the classroom. Instead he harmed her for no appropriate reason. She was not attacking other students, she wasn’t attacking the teacher, she was not screaming or anything, and if she had physically struck the officer, it more than likely happened after he flipped her over. That poor girl is now not only suffering from grief, but from fear and injuries as well. Yes, she was breaking a school rule or two with the phone and not participating and refusing to leave, but that did not warrant what the officer did to her. Whether or not the video was edited, the fact still remains that there is something very wrong going on here, and now there is a 16-year-old girl with her arm in a cast and an officer who may or may not have a history of violence. Why is it an american tradition to blame the victim?

In reply to your concluding question – Just take a long hard look at the way America deals with the rest of the world in international affairs, and you will see the exact same attitudes only large scale. Apparently it’s called American exceptionalism and rightly so. There isn’t a whole culture on earth that sees the solution to every problem as being through barbaric violence. It’s just a hideous culture … a culture guaranteeing it’s own demise.

You dumbasses. If you call her arms flying around and touching the officer as a result of him snatching her out of that chair her hitting the officer then you are idiots. GTFOH.
