SAN DIEGO – San Diego Police Officer Christopher Hays has been accused by eight victims of forced sex under threat of arrest.

A ninth victim has come forward, and this time the victim is a man.

The man states that Officer Hays walked over to him on El Cajon Blvd in San Diego and brought him to a secluded alley way.

Once he brought the man into the alley, Officer Hays commanded the man to open his mouth and begin sucking on his male sex organ, or else be arrested, the man says.

Under the threat of arrest, the man performed the oral sex on the officer, according to reports.

Back in February, Officer Hays was charged with the felony false imprisonment and misdemeanor sexual batter of four women.

Officer Hays resigned from the police force after the charges were brought against him, but then pleaded “not guilty.”

After these charges became known, another four women came forward reporting that Hays had also sexually abused them back in August of 2012.

Judging by all the independent reports it appears that Officer Hays has been doing this for a long time.

A of the victims say that they were falsely imprisoned by Officer Hays.

They all say that Officer hays either made sexual advances on them, groped them during “pat downs” and exposed himself, or received forced oral sex in the front seat of his police cruiser.

In this latest case, the man was dressed as a woman at the time that he says Officer Hays approached him. The man is transexual and it is believed that Officer Hays thought he was a woman, but actually received oral sex from another man.

A former San Diego police officer accused of misconduct on the job – including groping and illegally detaining several women – pleaded guilty to several charges Friday.

Prosecutor Annette Irving confirmed that Christopher Hays, 30, pleaded guilty to felony false imprisonment as well as misdemeanor counts of assault and battery under the color of authority by a peace officer.

A former San Diego police officer was released from jail Monday after serving five months of a one-year sentence for sexually assaulting women while on duty.

Christopher Hays, 30, left the downtown jail at 6:51 a.m., according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department. No explanation for his release was offered.

Hays, an officer for four years, resigned after his arrest last year. In September, he pleaded guilty to one count of felony false imprisonment and two counts of misdemeanor assault and battery under color of authority.

The charges involved touching women inappropriately and for sexual gratification during pat-downs.

The maximum sentence was five years, but Superior Court Judge Charles Rogers, in sentencing Hays in September, said he took into consideration Hays’ history as a military veteran and his otherwise good record as a police officer.
