Cop in “Investigations” Division Sneaks Into Tanning Salon and Films Dozens of Women Undressing: Report

AVONDALE — Officer Jeffrey Streeter has been caught and brought in after women came forward and reported him for secretly recording them as they undressed in a tanning salon.

So far 21 women have come forward, and there may be many more.

One woman stated that she saw a phone camera being reached above a dividing wall to film her while her clothes were coming off.

After she came forward, it was found that the bodies of 20 more victims were being recorded while undressing.

Officer Streeter has received 31 counts of surreptitious recording and one count of tampering with evidence, according to reports.

Officer Streeter has been working in the Goodyear Police Department for nine years and has also worked as a “detective” in the “Investigations” division.

Goodyear Police Chief Jerry Geier assured the public that Officer Streeter has been given administrative leave and that the department is internally investigating him.

“As soon as we heard the initial allegations, Streeter was placed on administrative leave and he remains on leave until completion of our administrative investigation which could take several weeks,” said Geier.

“This is not the type of behavior that we expect or will tolerate from members of the Goodyear Police Department,” he added.

The owner of the tanning salon said that he was “sickened” by what happened and has begun installing new security measures to prevent other cases like this.
