ATLANTA — An Atlanta Police officer who in 2008 was indicted by a grand jury over charges of aggravated sodomy, rape, sexual battery, kidnapping, and false imprisonment, is still on the force, according to APN.
The victim stated that the officer used police maneuvers to restrain her as he raped her. Even though the officer admitted to penetrating the woman against her consent, he was given a paid vacation (in government lingo: “administrative leave with pay”)
Then, in 2009, the officer was pulled over for drunk driving. He was more than two times over the legal limit. According to the reports his “eyes were blood shot and watery, and he had urinated on himself.”
