NYPD Sergeant Charged With Forcibly Touching, Raping 13-yr-old Child

NEW YORK — Vladimir Krull, a Sergeant with the NYPD, is now facing numerous charges involving a 13-yr-old girl.

In total, Sergeant Krull is being charged with the following, according to reports:

  • Two counts of rape
  • Two counts of sexual misconduct
  • Forcible touching
  • Two counts of a criminal sex act
  • Sexual abuse
  • Endangering the welfare of a child

The rape occurred repeatedly and in different locations for about a year, reports say.

It is believed that he raped the child as many as six times.

The first rape occurred just weeks after her 12-yr-old birthday.

At that time Sergeant Krull was somehow able to gain access into the girl’s house, where he raped her, according to reports.

He then got into her home again between November and February for another rape, reports say.

Apparently he was also sending sexually explicit messages to the child, but there are no details as to what those messages were or how they were transmitted.

He has not been fired yet, apparently, but rather suspended while an “investigation” is conducted.

He can be released on a $75,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
