Ohio Police Officer Charged With Filming Nude Teenager

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Trevor Fusner, a former police officer, was charged Friday for filming and photographing a naked teenager.

Fusner faces 11 counts of creating nude videos and photographs involving a minor. According to the complaint filed in Muskingum County Court, the two incidents took place in 2015 and 2016 and involved a child who was 15 and 16 years old at the time.

Assistant Muskingum County Prosecutor Ron Welch said prosecutors anticipate that the case will be sent to grand jury.

Fusner had worked as an officer at both New Concord and Zanesville police departments, Welch said.

Fusner was one of three former officers who was arrested after they were caught attempting to rip off a drug dealer from Columbus for a kilo of cocaine.

Sean Beck, former Zanesville police officer, was arrested in October 2007 by federal agents and indicted on two counts of trafficking in Percocet, one count of conspiracy and three counts of committing a drug crime with a weapon. Arrested along with Beck were fellow officer Fusner and Genesis HealthCare Systems Police officer Chad Mills.

Both Mills and Fusner entered guilty pleas to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine and one count of having a weapon during a drug trafficking crime and were sentenced to 80 months in prison in 2008. Beck was sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2009.
