Cop Plays Video Poker on Laptop While Driving in Treacherous Conditions: Witness
BOLINGBROOK — A witness has captured a video of what appears to be an officer playing video poker on his laptop while driving in extremely dangerous conditions.

Americans get their money stolen at gunpoint if they’re caught using a cellphone, but cops are allowed to dick around on laptops while driving because they have government-privilege.
The woman posted the video to Facebook and included the following description:
“This video was taken 01/04/2014 in Bolingbrook IL at rush hour while the roads weren’t plowed and it was snowing. I was the one to capture this video in the passenger seat of a moving vehicle. He was driving and trying to play video poker at the same time while road conditions were already treacherous.”
She added:
“I’m hoping a lot of people will see it and draw some attention to this issue. Cops are not a higher power. They are bound by the same laws we are and I’m sure playing video poker [while driving on slippery roads] is not in his job description.”
The video is making the rounds and has thousands of views.
The officer has not yet been identified.
One viewer correctly observes, “Just because he’s an officer doesn’t make him invincible. When he crashes and kills someone in your family because he was distracted, you’ll understand the concerns of others.”
While it’s a good thing that the officer wasn’t out shooting dogs and beating people, the incident does reveal the inherent hypocrisy of a government-monopolized security industry.
Friends, imagine what would happen if you brought your laptop into your car and started playing on it while driving. Or even if you were merely chatting on your cell phone.
Can you guess what cops would do to you once they pulled you over?
At the very least, they would steal your money and give it to the State.
(And if you resisted, you would be beaten, tased, or shot.)
That’s because you don’t have government-privilege. If you did, you could get away with it.
By wearing a special costume and joining a gang that calls itself “government,” an individual can fund himself with taxpayer money while breaking the very laws for which he punishes others.
