BIBB COUNTY, GA — A blood-boiling video has been released showing a deputy in uniform acting belligerent and combative, cursing at a handcuffed American citizen.
Deputy Nathaniel Woodard can be heard in the video saying things like “I don’t give a fuck!” and “I’m going to put my boot in your fucking chest!”
Mind you, he says this to a man who has already been handcuffed and is incapable of defending himself.
Moments later Deputy Woodard can be seen in the video delivering what appears to be a front kick to the victim’s chest.
The kick appeared to be so forceful that the victim is seen toppling over, flying almost to the other side of the road.
The Bibb Sheriff’s office fired Deputy Woodard after reviewing what happened.
The incident began when Deputy Woodard and his fellow cops claimed to have responded to a “domestic call” on a night in August 2014.
Devasco Holly, the victim, was handcuffed on a dark road.
Fortunately, someone was filming the the cops from a distance, capturing what they did to Holly.
Deputy Woodard has been charged with simple battery and violation of oath of office.
He is able to be released with a bond of only $2,840.
There is no word yet whether he will be convicted.
