On August 02, 2017 Investigators with Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office executed a Search Warrant for child pornography in a residence located in the 14600 block of Logan Falls Lane, Humble, Texas. The investigation began after investigators received alarming information obtained during the pre-employment interview with defendant, Jeffrey Warren Clark.
Defendant Jeffery Clark, employed as a Peace Officer with Humble ISD Police Department was seeking employment with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office.
During the detailed background investigation conducted by the Precinct 4 Constable’s Office, it was discovered Defendant Clark admitted to viewing sexually explicit images of children.
After a thorough investigation, Investigators executed a search warrant at the Defendant’s residence which resulted in the recovery of several electronic devices found to contain several thousand images of graphic child pornography and child exploitation.
Based upon the evidence recovered in the defendant’s home, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted ten counts of Possession of Child Pornography on Defendant Jeffrey Warren Clark. Each charge is a 3rd Degree Felony in Texas.
