According to reports, officer Frazier picked up a rock and used it to smash the window of an apartment belonging to a young college student who attends Lindenwood University.
Officer Frazier broke into the apartment at around 3 AM while the girl was sleeping, according to a report by KSDK News.
She woke up frightened when she heard the glass shattering.
That’s when officer Frazier reportedly took out his canister of police-issued pepper spray and began shooting it at the victim, burning her face and lungs.
After soaking her in pepper spray, the officer then began beating the girl, grabbing her hair and pounding her face into the ground.
“I don’t know if you’ve ever been maced but the law enforcement grade leaves you almost blinded,” said Tom Lohmar, a St. Charles County Prosecutor.
“On top of that, he repeatedly beat her face into the floor and held her hair in a way that she couldn’t see her attacker,” he continued.
In all, Officer Frazier has been charged with burglary, rape, two counts of sodomy, and felonious restraint.

According to reports, the girl fought back against Officer Frazier and unwittingly managed to tear his necklace off.
That same necklace was seen being worn by Officer Frazier in his old Facebook photos, linking him to the attack.
His DNA samples and his police-issued pepper spray also linked him to the attack, according to reports.
Officer Frazier is currently being held and able to be released on a $200,000 bond.
