HUDSON — A cop who had a woman under surveillance without her knowledge has been caught taking photos of her while she was naked, according to reports.

Officer Thomas G. Bagnall, 27, was charged with unlawfully taking the nude photographs.

It turns out that after Bagnall took the nude photos of the woman, he went online and posted them publicly.

According to reports, Officer Bagnall turned himself in last week after the woman reported that she found the photos of herself circulating on the Internet.

Officer Bagnall was secretly positioned outside of the woman’s home and took the photos of her without her knowledge or consent.

One of the woman’s friends was browsing the Internet and happened to notice that photos of the woman’s naked body were online. The friend quickly notified the woman, who then reported that somebody had been spying on her. Months later, after heavy investigation, Bagnell turned himself in, according to reports.

Officer Bagnall has not been convicted, and we are waiting to see if he will get his job back.

So far he has been “placed on leave” by the department.

Personnel with the Sheriff’s department chalked the incident up to “bad judgment.”

“The bad judgment of what Mr. Bagnall has been accused of is unfortunate,” said Sheriff’s deputy Bartlett.
