QUEENS, NY — A report has surfaced alleging that a TSA agent brought a college girl to a bathroom in the airport and molested her.
The incident is said to have occurred at the LaGuardia Airport.
Agent Oguendo, 40, was apprehended after an investigation into a report made by a 21-yr-old college girl from Korea.
She was in Terminal B at 8:00 PM.
Agent Oguendo told her to go into the bathroom for a “secondary search,” according to reports.
Once she went into the bathroom, he is said to have made her show him parts of her body, which he then put his hands on, reports say.
He has been charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, official misconduct, third-degree sexual abuse and second-degree harassment.
Agent Oguendo reportedly stopped the girl while she was in the airport and said, “Hey mam, I need to scan your body and your luggage.”
He then directed the girl into a nearby bathroom.
Once inside, the girl became concerned and asked for a female agent to scan her since shes’ a girl.
But Agent Oguendo told her to just face the mirror anyway and raise both of her arms up in the air, reports say.
He reportedly told her that “all passengers” go through this bathroom check.
He then made her lift her shirt up, and he began touching her breasts, according to reports.
Next, he made her unzip her pants, and continued using his hands to touch other parts of her body, reports say.
He then spoke into his cell phone something to the effect of “She’s clear. She doesn’t have any weapons or knives,” as if trying to convince the girl that it was standard operating procedure.
One wonders if anybody was even on the receiving end of his phone — was he just using it as a fake prop to manipulate the girl?
Agent Oguendo, even if he is convicted, will only get a max of one year in a jail.
Meanwhile, it’s anybody’s guess as to how much pain the victim will have to live with the rest of her life.
